This product as a whole is junk, NO customer service, No actual website, and Amazon will not offer any assistance other than returning the whole product! If you do decide to gamble on this package go into it knowing that the only thing you can rely on is the SINK fixture alone! The drain kit (P Trap) is cheap and does not fit American plumbing dimensions!!! It will have to be modified or totally swapped out, even the basin drain/strainer is not adaptable. In my particular case the faucet leaks and cannot be repaired or swapped out by the manufacturer of the sink or the faucet itself. Since I have already cut my countertop out to fit this sink, I am stuck with it. So I have basically purchased just the sink alone and purchased all the fittings and faucet separately to use it. The sink with the cutting board and few other accessories are what you are buying with any certainty. Hopefully you will have better luck, if you take the gamble! Many issues with installation not even listed, if you are not mechanically inclined, STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK! AMAZON AND THE NON EXISTENT SELLER WILL NOT BE THERE TO HELP!!!!!

The sink, the added sink trays and the abilities to place them to your liking is pretty nice. The cutting board having the same placement ability is great but the quality of the wood as far as edges missing pieces of wood from the hole being drilled and not properly sanded kinda bothers me. The top outer edges of the sink are not as smooth as they should be but they aren't too bad, this sink does come with both types of mounting hardware for over counter mounting and under counter mounting. I would expect from how the edges feel that it was only for under counter mounting, but it's supposed to be for both. Now the sink actually has an overflow protection cutout in the side which I like to see. It has tape over it to prevent the undercoating from making the surface rough for where the rubber seal will press against. The underside also has some sound deadening pieces on all sides to help prevent loud echoing noises from dishes. The trays are good fitting quality with hard rubber on the corners and slide nicely inside the sink, one of them comes with a nice drain stopper insert. The faucet this comes with is decent but keep in mind the hose to the sprayer head does not extend so if you want to spray around with it you are just aiming it around, not actually pulling slack out with it. It does have enough flexibility to do the job but some people might prefer a more versatile faucet assembly. The soap dispenser is good but the cup rinser is on the cheaper side, I would prefer it to not be all plastic. Now to what really matters.. IMPORTANT: I'm pretty unimpressed with some of the drainage attachments. I am rigging up my own as I can already guarantee the overflow hose would leak and I'm not gonna give it that chance. The fact that this has its own style of overflow means I need to get a little creative too. Now I do really like the drainage bowl that can be detached and cleaned out easily. But the thin cheap quality of mainly the overflow hose makes me nervous. The main hose is too thin as well but hopefully holds up. I swapped the overflow hose with rubber. I also did not receive the shutoff valves! But to be honest I probably wouldn't have trusted them anyways. For the main reason of wanting the sink and its features I'm happy but not too impressed with some of the smaller and more critical areas.

The sink is pretty to look at, but it has little slits on the top right side that serve no purpose other than to collect crude and water. The undercoating covers them, so as I said, no purpose. Also, the mounting brackets are entirely too short to be able to mount the sink to the countertop.

This sink seems best suited for a narrow/small kitchen like my older RV. The drop in style makes it easy to install, though it's not very luxurious. I don't like flexible drain lines so I got a different set. The beauty here is that you have a very versatile workspace: sink, cutting board, strainer, cup rinser, soap dispenser and shallow wash basin. The shallow basin helps conserve water when you're hand washing (we don't have a dishwasher). The strainer keeps the water confined to the sink while you're preparing. The grooved angles on the bottom of the sink are a huge help at keeping it from getting goopy/smelly. They drain much better than a strictly flat/angled surface. I'm not a big fan of the style, but it's pretty useful. The pull down sprayer makes cleaning easy enough, same for the cup rinser. While you're not going to see one of these sinks in an ivory tower, it will be right at home in a place where people know how to cook/clean.

This kitchen sink has been a great upgrade for my kitchen. The size is perfect for handling larger pots and pans making dishwashing much easier. The stainless steel finish looks sleek and modern and the sound insulation is great at minimizing noise while washing dishes or running water. I hope that it can handle heavy kitchen use in the long term.

Do not buy this sink. Came with missing parts and the jay trap leaking all over the place. Seals are in properly. Not worth the money you have to spend with leakseals and a faucet hardware was not in the box. Over all it’s a good concept but not there yet. I wish I could return but I’m passed the 30 days.
