I just got the refrigerator today and I have been in the restaurant business since 1982 so I could pretty much tell what the deal is within a day except for the obvious long term reliability which remains to be seen : 1. The unit cools product cold enough but it does have a weird cycle. It stays off longer than any unit that I have seen even if you put it on the highest setting. 2. The unit makes a bit too much noise but it's not unbearable. 3. It is a very sleak looking and decently built unit overall. I got the 9 CU FT. unit and it is very easy to move around too. 4. The light is perfectly suited to the unit. Well lit but not overly so. 5. Delivery was a bit rough and from what other reviewers have said was similar to my situation. There was a scratch several inches long X 1/4 inch wide on the side of the unit. I don't consider it a big deal though. I used a permanent black marker to cover it up and it's hardly visible. The reviews here are what influenced my color choice. Black , imo is easier to fix. Other than that the delivery was better than timely. It was a day early. I was surprised to see that.

Was looking for a larger size beverage fridge for our pantry and this is perfect. Love the adjustable shelves and the light. There is also a lock if needed which is a nice to have. Would highly recommend this for residential or commercial.

I purchased this cooler for my basement over 7 months ago and it has been great. It looks very good, holds a temp well and the LED lights are awesome. The only issue is when it arrived, 2 of 4 wheels under it were broken. I assume the delivery company probably dropped it a little too hard when taking it off the back of the delivery truck. The packaging did not protect them very well. Right away I reached out to their customer service and provided pictures of the damage. They responded within a day and said they would get me replacements. It has now been 7 months and still no wheels. Every few months I reach back out to them and they respond quickly that they still do do not have an ETA. At this point I have given up. Great cooler but poor CS. Hopefully if you purchase one it will come in undamaged otherwise you may be in trouble.

I was somewhat hesitant to order such a large appliance for my business but I’m so glad I did! I read all of the reviews on this cooler and gave it a shot. It arrived in a large rental truck, lying flat on its side. The driver unloaded and delivered the fridge, even offering to set it up. There is a small amount of damage on the top but appears to be made during shipping and not the fault of the seller. My husband and I easily unboxed, slid it into place, and let stand for several hours so the coolant was level. Within 15 minutes of plugging it in it was cold inside. There was a little rattle but nothing like our commercial ice machine noise. I loaded it up, placing a container of cold candy bars on the bottom shelf, and the rattle immediately stopped. This machine is very quiet when full and very cold. I have looked locally for a commercial drink cooler but couldn’t find anything under $10k. This cooler is very much worth the money!
