This bike seriously exceeded my expectations. I was a little skeptical at first, but after riding it for a couple of weeks, I can confidently say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. The 1500W peak motor is no joke. It accelerates quickly and handles hills way better than I expected. I live in an area with some decent inclines, and this thing powers through them without struggling. The top speed around 25 MPH feels fast but still controlled, which is perfect for commuting or just riding around for fun. The battery life is amazing. I’ve gotten close to the advertised 60 miles depending on how much pedal assist I use. The removable battery is super convenient too. I can just take it inside to charge instead of dragging the whole bike with me. Comfort-wise, it’s great. The adjustable seat makes it easy to find a good riding position, and the 26" tires handle both pavement and light trails really well. I’ve used it for commuting and some off-road riding, and it feels stable in both situations. The 7-speed system is smooth and gives you enough flexibility depending on terrain. What a freaking nightmare! We received the bike broken. Throwing off error codes. I tried to return it and they wanted me to pay 280.00 to return it. Which is absolutely insane! why should I have to pay to return a broken bike that never worked from the beginning??? Company wasn't very helpful. wanted to send us new parts. Which wouldn't do us any good because no bike place in out surrounding areas will fix Amazon e bikes. So it would be left to us to fix it ourselves??? Makes no sense! I tried to explain that to the company, that we wouldn't be able to fix it ourselves. But all they wanted to do was give us new parts. It would have been nice if they would have paid for shipping so we could have returned it for a new bike. But nope they don't want to do that. So long story short, we tried to fix it ourselves. That just made it worse!!! Damn thing is junk and we tossed it out. We turned around and bought another bike from someone else and wouldn't you know....it works! With no issues. You get what you pay for with this one. I wouldn't recommend. Don't buy. Amazon was helpful with this either. No one wanted to help me fixed the problem. I didn't want anything free. I just want what I paid for. Oh, and when we got the bike and put air in the tire, damn tube exploded. So we had to replace that too. Just a peice of freaking junk. have professional assemble and explain operation

Bought 2 , 1 for me and wife. Brakes were way out of adjustment and my headlight quit working after day 2. Also 1 bike came and the other was 2 days later. We do like the bikes and they are fun but hard to build. Instructions were not clear which made it hard to assemble and does not show hoe to shift gears or change modes so that is not good but overall we like them and are having fun ... show more

I bought this bike to cut down on my driving and it has been the best purchase of the year. The acceleration from the 1500W peak motor is amazing, getting me up to 25MPH quickly and safely at intersections. The 48V battery gives plenty of range (easily covers my long commutes with plenty of juice left over), and being able to remove it to charge indoors is perfect. Good bike except the range

Good sturdy bike- I like the ability to select gears - U can ride this bike without the motor which is different than a small e-bike I have- speed is as advertised but the range isn’t even close - lucky to get 10 miles out of it. I have put 150 miles so far. The tires aren’t for off road and pick up two flats within the first month. I added the tube protective strip inside the tire and so far so good. ... show more

Bike came with a 7.8 Ah battery, not the 12 Ah battery as advertised. Only rode 15 miles and I was down to the last bar of power on the meter. This company is falsely advertising the product. Continued review after over 125 miles of use: *Do not waste your money* I can only get 16-17 miles max before the battery is empty. Components are junk. Constant need to adjust the rear derailleur and it still doesn't work well, don't trust the breaks, they are weak. Chain falls off the front chain ring multiple times in a short ride on a bike path, wouldn't take this on dirt at all! Had to purchase a chain keeper to keep the chain on the front ring, and I still have issues because the chain is not lined up with the rear wheel. Short bike ride leads to frustration and dirty hands. Only good thing is that its still running after 125 miles, but I doubt it will make it over 500 before I become so frustrated I get rid of it or the battery doesn't work. ... show more
