The hooks work the way intended. I have Invisalign. I can hook on from the back of my teeth easier than from the front. You may have to hook and pull in a few spots to remove the tray, depending on where you are in the cycle (usually the sides, and near the front). As I complete my 1st set of trays, with the hook, I can remove them quickly and easily. This was a good purchse.

We buy these to give to patients with over dentures as it helps with removal, especially for patients with poor dexterity. Several of my female employees are currently doing clear aligner therapy so they like them for tray removal as well. Good value for what they are. Highly recommended!

When I started my aligner treatment, the first few sets of aligners were easy to take off. But when I started my fourth set, they became impossible to remove on my own, particularly the bottom set. My fingernails are trimmed, and I can’t get them under the aligner to lift them up and pop them off my teeth. I started using a butter knife to get under the aligner, and it worked, but I thought there must be a better way. I had no idea they made a tool for this, but I search and found these. These things are great and so easy to use. They effortlessly pop the aligners off my teeth so I can grab them with my fingers and pull them off. They are reusable many times over. I’ve never had one break, but I have lost some, so it’s great that you get a lot of them. The one down side is how they’re shipped. They are loose in a box which is really unhygienic - that’s the reason for my four star rating. I sterilized all of them, allowed them to dry, and put them in a zip top bag for when I need them. Besides the packaging, they’re great, and I’m really glad I found these.

This brand was Amazing and got the job Done !! I had purchased a special case that has a holding compartment for these tools to help REMOVE my CLEAR Choice aligners and the brand that was part of the kit included was made TERRIBLY and sharp not filed well and could possibly cut someone but more importantly if I had really pulled ANY more I really feel it would have broken and could have swalled or choked on plastic shards 🥺😱.... nothing like these !! The other ones (were prettier) with more like stained glass clear color. I would rather have these plain blah Matte colour's. I have used my 1st one OVER & OVER ... I JUST wash it after each use or if I am NOT home I just wrap it in a paper towel till I return home then wash with hot soapy water and sometimes brush it with Listerine mouthwash too. I have used only 2 in 3 weeks since I keep them washed and sanitized.
