I was very excited to receive this tool set! Upon first use, the Phillips head screwdriver tip broke off, as well as the Phillips head screwdriver drill bit adaptor. I was surprised at the lack of durability when trying to secure a 5/8" piece of pressed wood to a bed frame. To add to my disappointment, Amazon flew this tool set to Hawaii. When trying to return it, I was issued a Ground (G) shipping label and could only use the United States Postal Service (USPS). I get rejected at USPS because Amazon needs to issue a Hazardous (H) shipping label. I spent nearly 2hrs with Amazon customer service to only get issued another Ground (G) shipping label, which was ultimately rejected again by the USPS. The hazardous item in this tool kit is the battery for the cordless drill. I'm still waiting on a response from the vendor on how to resolve this refund request. I'm hopeful for a positive way forward.
