I often use these great chunky, unscented white candles on our hearth in decorative holders, at night or on many (lately) rainy afternoons. They last a long time and look good. I always trim the wick on a new candle so it doesn’t flare up the first time it’s lit and let it burn for several hours the first time. This sets a “wax memory” for even melting.
