After I picked up Covid flying six months ago and ruined everyone's vacation, I decided I would wear a mask in the airport and plane every minute I was there, except snack time. I have worn these masks for four trips now, and found them very comfortable. I adjusted the nose wire to fit the curve of my nose and face and got an excellent fit so that I was breathing in through the mask and not the edges. There is plenty of open space around my nose in the mask. The elastic was perfect, stretchy enough to prevent pain and tight enough to maintain the fit. My ears easily hurt when mask elastic is too tight. I did not get sick on the trips with the mask, and I did not worry when someone coughed or sneezed or got too close to me. The materials and construction of these masks is exactly what research recommends. They had a faint odor right out of the package, but I aired them for a day and it disappeared.

It’s a decent KN95 mask, and the colors are vibrant. Upon researching, the scientific ratings for this brand are good in regards to adequate protection. A good seal is formed. While Not made in the USA, required safety markings on each mask are clearly printed. It’s a comfortable fit for myself, a 5’2 average weight female, with room for larger people. If you’re sensitive to odors, you may want to open it prior to placing on your face, and let the slightly noxious smell of what I assume is the paint oder to dissipate.

Very good quality, tight and comfortable fit which is what I wanted. The black mask is white on the inside. The white mask is white on both sides. I write an arrow on the inside with a sharpie to indicate which side is the top. When a family member has a contagious illness, I keep that person isolated in their bedroom and the rest of us wear a KN-95 mask when we enter their room so no one else gets the illness. This system works really well.

It fits snugly on my face and I have a small face. The price was great. It’s not as thick as I’d want it to be, definitely flimsier than it used to be, but it’s better than nothing and better than those flimsy accordion masks. And if anything I can always double mask, if you really care about getting them in black just wear these on top of another mask. Otherwise, I shopped for HOURS and based off the reviews of others that look like these, these black masks seem to have all dropped in quality and the prices have all been raised. I think my purchase was reasonable for the price, I think they fit very well, and I think double masking is something I was going to do anyway because I work in a hospital. You can buy others that look like these from other vendors but just read the reviews. It’s all the same, really. They all suck. At least these were cheaper lol
