We bought this about two months ago for our granddaughter and it is still going strong after much use. We had some issues with shipping delays, but customer service was always very quick to respond and help us through the issues. Also had an issue with on of the rubber tire strips being missing, but again, customer service dealt with it very quickly. The Jeep is relatively easy to assemble, but the directions could be a bit better in regards explaining the correct position to install some of the parts. I had to back track a couple of times because the directions were not clear on positioning. Operationally, it works great and has a good signal range with the remote. The remote WILL NOT stop your kid from turning the steering wheel, so use caution there. Also, the power button on the Jeep panel will stop operation if the kids start playing with the buttons. With that said, we love this product. I had read quite a few reviews of other remote controlled riding toys, so I was a bit concerned about performance, but this one works great so far.

Our daughter is 2 1/2 and absolutely loves her new beep beep! The remote worked amazing while she was getting started and makes me feel safer when we're taking a walk on the road. It only took the 2 of us about 20 minutes to put it together, I was pleasantly surprised how much of it was already assembled in the box. All the pieces were there, instructions were clear, and I feel like we got a good value for the price. It was also easy to connect my phone to it and play music while she was driving around.

We have only had it for a week and the drive gear in the right back tire no longer works properly causing the truck to not be able to turn properly and continue to just sit there and spin. Also the battery is no longer holding a charge for more than 10 minutes. I am very disappointed.

The cat and then grandsons approve! Seems to be better quality than the top brands. I'd highly recommend. It looks super cool. Runs through grass and hills no problem. Not super fast more of and off road type I'd say. Good buy!

Both motors started smoking and burnt up the first time my grandson rode this. The seller did send two new motors (the wrong ones the first time), and we had to install those. This is very cheaply made and I don’t think it will last long enough to be handed down to our younger grandchild.

Update: received new jeep. Thank you costumer service . Old: Will update review when this is resolved. We purchased two jeeps for my twins for Christmas. My son road his jeep twice then it just stopped working. We contacted the company immediately after trying to fix it in our own. The company responded a mediocre response once a day with no resolution. They finally sent a piece in hopes it would work but it didn’t. Almost a month later we are still waiting for the new jeep… very disappointed and frustrated (as well as our 4 year old)
