Remember Steve Martin in 'The Jerk' praising "Pizza in a Cup"? Well, now you've got "Christmas Tree in a Tiny Box." Everything you need to put a Christmas tree in a space where no other Christmas Tree would probably fit is included in this kit. On the plus side, you definitely do get everything you need inside that one tiny box. The tree, the stand, the star topper, AA-battery powered LED string lights, a few ribbons and bows, simple ball ornaments, and a strand of gold heart-themed garland. Once assembled, the tree folds out to about 24-inches tall. The whole thing goes together in less than 10 minutes and looks fairly impressive (for its size) when all is said and done. The box is sturdy enough to be reuseable for year-to-year storage. On the downside, the whole thing feels a bit wobbly and flimsy when it's put together. The ball ornaments are very boring and cheap in appearance. While it is easy to assemble, you have to be very careful because some of the parts verge on fragile. And wouldn't it have been nice if they included a small tree blanket to cover the bottom? For the price ($16.99 at the time of this review) this would be a fine value for a desk ornament at work, a secret Santa gift, or a colorful holiday accent around the house. It arrived in a timely manner and was safely packaged in a box within a box. All in all, an inexpensive but colorful way to say "Merry Christmas!"

This was really quick to set up, with no problems at all. It looks fairly nice and full, it's like any other artificial Christmas tree, you have to fluff it out some to give a good, nice-looking fullness to it. My only real complaint is that it doesn't really have enough of the small bulbs and other ornaments for that part to look as nice, so I have to recommend that you get another box or two of those if you like your tree to have more coverage. Other than that, it's a nice set little tree that fits well into a smaller space when you need that. I recommend it.

For the price point, there is a pretty good value here. For me, its just the lights are too cheap. I can't stand the filament LED lights as they tangle too easily. Perfect for a kitchen or dining room table.

This little kit is great if you want a little tree for your office desk or in the kids room. It comes with everything you need. The quality is what you'd expect for the price, but it's still really cute. You can add or remove anything you want to make it your own.

Nice small Christmas tree for a shop or office. You get a lot of pieces for your money. The tree itself is about two feet tall. It comes collapsed in a box with the top section folded over. You have to assemble the stand, then fold out all the wire branches. I think you could fold and unfold it for many years before they break. There are no instructions but everything is obvious. It was easy to do. There is a light string powered by two AA batteries (not included). They work fine, no loose wires or anything. The lights are tiny plastic blobs on a thin filament of wire. I think this is probably the most fragile part of the package. I decided not to string them on the tree since, as of this writing it is September, not time to leave this tree up yet. No sense adding the stress of repeat use, just to do this review. There is about four feet of gold tinsel that is vastly out of proportion to the tree. I think this would look best spread around the foot of the tree like a skirt, rather than on the tree branches. There is a gold star that is perfect on top. And there is a bag of appropriately sized ornaments. Lots of satin balls about an inch in diameter, mostly blue but also a few red and green ones. Two shiny red balls the same size. Silver and gold packages. A few red bows. A half dozen glitter snowflakes. A tiny Santa figure, a plastic candy cane, etc. Anyways, it’s a lot of stuff for the price, and you could also add your own ornaments if you like. It would easily fit on a desk or countertop, good for a workplace.

This really is one of those special items. Christmas isn't always joyous for everyone. For the person who will spend Christmas alone or simply doesn't have the space for a small or large tree this table top tree is very cool. It's very attractive and because it is not over the top it is a gentle way to show someone you care. I think it's awesome. Excellent value.
