This is a great kit if you want private results. It is super easy to send your sample. The instructions are very clear on what you need to do. After complete you put everything into bio hazard bag and on other side of bio bag is a slot for your paperwork, put that in there also. Then stick everything into pre-paid return envelope and mail. Wait for your results. I got this kit for my step-son no questions asked. I will update this review when I hear he gets his results back and how long it took for that to happen. For now, I'm giving this 5 stars for being easy, private, and being an option for people that don't want to go to the doctor for whatever reason they might have.

I never got my results and every time, I asked them all they would say is click the link and the link did not work, the pdf always errors out. Them they just stopped responding

This is useful to have on hand. I looked up the process and it's very easy/straight forward. It offers testing for various STDs/STIs including: Trichomoniasis, Gonorrhea & Chlamydia. It does not test for HIV as you'd need a minor blood test which are typically offered free if you look it up or ask your doctor tests for others like these always have a cost. This has to be sent in after you carefully package. It's all pretty easy to understand and they take care of the work of notifying you of your results.

I have been tested in the past by my physician, but I like this option because I can do it myself and it isn’t kept in my formal medical records. Also, this is an excellent option if you have a guy or girl friend that doesn’t what to get tested because they don’t want to go to the doctor. Just be aware, this does not check for HIV or Herpes, both of which are also sexually transmitted diseases. This company does provide a herpes separately that you can order for $80. It is actually less expensive for me to go to my doctor because these tests are covered under my insurance, but for convenience this is a great option. Here are the steps to take the test: 1) Fill out the required online form on their website: visit247labkit dot com > choose the amazon tab > select the 247 lab kit confirmation form > complete the form. It is not possible to complete the form anonymously. You will need to provide the following information, all of which is required.: email address, name, birthdate, phone number, address, amazon order number. I was hoping to do all this anonymously! 2) Fill out the “requisition” form included in the box which includes: Legal Name, Sex, Date of Birth, Collection Time, Collection Date, Sent Date, City/State. Again, this is not anonymous information. 3) Pee in the urine cup. 4) Transfer a portion of your pee from the cup in the transport tube. The transport tube contains some liquid, so do not pour that out. 5) Make sure the lid are on tightly on both the urine cup and transport tube and put them in the specimen bag. Place the specimen bag along with the requisition form into the box that all the items came in (the 247 Labkit box). Place the box into the USPS mailer. 6) Mail the bag ASAP. You can put it out for the mail carrier to pick up, but even better take it directly to the Post Office. This is an excellent test kit that is easy to use at home. I do have to say the instructions are just a little bit difficult to follow. You really need to pay attention to the steps, but it’s really not that difficult. Also, I am a little disappointed because I had hoped this could be completely anonymous, but it is not. Also, it does not test for those other two STD’s (HIV and Herpes), so you aren’t completely covered in that regard. That is why I marked down by 1-star. I do think this is a good product, it just doesn’t cover all my bases.
