I spent a fair bit of time researching grow lights. We've built about 300 sq feet of garden beds, and wanted more control over what we plant than we could get from existing nursery options. And, we wanted to be productive over the winter months, when we couldn't have plants outside. After looking around and reading up on what the experts reviewed (folks who mentioned having gone through many grow lights), we knew we wanted something with the new Samsung chips, and something that provided a broad spectrum of light for both germination and ultimately seed growth. And a stronger light than those cheap wands provide. So, this light had all the features, and a good shipping weight (which made me feel more confident on the size of the heat sinks). Took a risk, as it had no reviews. Glad that I did. The build quality feels good, and the light intensity is great. Both visually - you don't want to stare at this thing - and also in plant results. The before & after pictures are from hanging the light about 2 feet off the top of my 5-foot grow area. While there is some sunlight coming in through the window, it's a covered porch, so not much. And, the plants clearly ignore that sunlight as even the ones by the window sill are tilting toward the grow light (and away from the actual sunlight). Plants are all green and happy. My yield on this setup has been *much* better than attempting to grow the same things outside in spring weather. Overall, *very* pleased. This was the best price I found on the Samsung chips, and the output totally makes the upgrade over flimsier "wand" lamps worth it. The only funky thing on the unit is the off switch doesn't seem to turn the light off. It moves it from "full on" to "variable light." So, to turn it off, I just move the variable nob all the way to dim it 100%, and that's worked fine.

I have had this chveglux led unit for over a year and would definitely buy more. These lamps have a great spectrum with more red than my Viparspectra XS4000's and the plants under this light definitely look to have heavier growth. Highly recommended.

This was a very cheap grow light when I bought it. I liked that it had a remote, timer, multiple lights with multiple settings. The ability to use only the lights that are necessary as needed. However after using this for a few weeks on a few house plants and a couple plants I brought in from outside, I am not really convinced the lights did anything for the plants. It could be my fault, but the plants haven't reacted positively at all. Lots of lost leaves and flowers. It could be the plants not liking the change, so your results may be better than mine.

This light would be 5 stars if the tripod were more stable (it's just prone to tipping over if I walk by it) and if the timer made sense to me. The 4 hour setting apparently means it turns on 4 hours and then off 4 hours and then on again for 4 hours? I'm confused as to what plant would want this, and the documentation doesn't tell me. I also had a devil of a time resetting the timer setting -- even after unplugging it! -- once it got set on 4 hour intervals. Nonetheless, it does happily cause my plants to grow in the middle of the winter, and I'm grateful for that.

I've been using this light for a few months now and my plants seem very happy. Nice bright light but I don't have the tools to measure actual light output. The dimmer works okay, but the 10-0% range just turns the light off. Other lights I have get full use of the dimmer range. I have no need for the ability to connect multiple dimmers so i haven't tried using that. The light does get hot so I use a small computer fan to cool it. I have also noticed some rust in the screws. Edit: I noticed when my lights are set to a lower power level the left quarter of the panels LEDS are changing different color now. Not a good sign as this usually tends to happen towards the end of the LED's life. Since this happened I decided to look at them under a cheap digital microscope and noticed I can see a wire! The second picture of this listing specifically say Samsung diodes DON'T have a visible wire however on my panels I can. The OSRAM LED's do look correct. This is just a little over a month past the return window unfortunaly,wish I had checked when they first arrived. The lights do work but I personally should have gotten a set of Kingbrites or something else with a better heatsink/cooling solution. I noticed the price has dropped 70 dollars since making this review, which makes me even more suspicious these diodes are not real Samsung LED's.

The media could not be loaded. I love this light it totally lights up my two-by-four tent by Vivosun, If you're thinking about buying this light just do it, u wont be disappointed, it's out doing my Spider farmer sf-2000 by far ( at a much cheaper price tag) probably because of the Lm301H diodes the Chvegluz ch2000 has,, ( 🤷♂️ that's right Lm301H diodes and the light is cheaper then it's competitor the Spider farmer sf-2000, u cant go wrong with the Chvegluz ch2000 LED grow light!!) Trust Me, I've been dealing with led grow lights since 2006 Glow panel 45 Sunshine systems ✌❤🙏...... 6/5/21 I've bought 6 more since I bought this 1, my plants love these Led lightz an for the price its killin all others in its class!!! Dont hesitate get it while the price is 😮Goooood!!!!!!

We had a grow light with warm white color before, which is the old version -- relatively short and has only 1 bulb. We really like the design of this product, which has taller height and 4 bendable lights that provide a much larger growing area. Also the built-in timer saved our effort in scheduling the lighting period!

Great grow light. I am using it for my outdoor plants during the winter. Plants are thriving and growing. The compact design allows you to store it when not in use. There is no warmth to the light as it is purple. Plants love it.
