I read several reviews of stainless steel backsplashes before I made this purchase. Many reviewers complained that they had received backsplashes with bent corners, wavy surfaces and other problems. This backsplash arrived in excellent condition. The outer box was sturdy enough to provide protection. There was also a sturdy cardboard insert. (See photos.). The stainless steel was further protected by an adhesive film. It was easy to install with the enclosed screws and anchors. I couldn't get a very good picture of it installed but it looks good and is one step in my ongoing kitchen renovation done successfully.

Sheet stainless is very delicate from the standpoint of handling let alone shipping. This company has done a excellent job in its transport. The item arrived in pristine condition. This was exactly as advertised and makes an incredible backslash to my new induction range and touch sensitive stainless steel exhaust hood. Good job. And did i mention that this is a fantastic Amazon value. Local sheet metal fabrcators were almost 3 times as much. There is however 1 item i would recommend to the manufacturer. Use Magnetic stainless steel. It would be great to be able to hang magnetic items to the backslash, such as thermometer and utensils.

Based on our experience of this product upon delivery I would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone, terrible quality, thin and flimsy and absolutely horrible packaging of product as it came terribly damaged due to both reasons as noted...
