I bought this to use as a laundry room utility sink. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing. -They call the color "black stainless." The pictures I looked at made it appear blacker than it actually is so be aware. Lighting makes all the difference in the color perception; low light levels makes it look darker. -I had seen several reviews stating the the sink was warped. I had a bit of this but once the it was installed on the silicone bedding, this could not be seen and it did not rock anymore. -The installation instructions are better suited to the undermount model than the drop in. It can be confusing if you have to cut the hole in a new countertop and have never done it. -I didn't install a soap dispenser and the plug for the hole is brushed chrome and stands out like a sore thumb. Other than that, it is a heavy, well built sink that looks good. I would buy it again given the choice. ... show more

I loved how well packed this product was and even came with white cotten gloves for installing without marking or putting fingerprints on product. I wanted to purchase one of these like ten years ago when I remodeled kitchen but price in local market was prohibitive and was like 4 times the cost of this 10 years ago so I waited and found this. I am SO happy with this sink! I upgraded from a double sink in my motorhome, and this fit the same footprint but is SO MUCH MORE SPACIOUS and useful! My old sink always felt like it was overflowing with dirty dishes as it was so shallow and divided. The depth of this sink makes all the difference! I am tickled with the little drain basket that catches debris too. SO GLAD I made this upgrade. Also, if you have 1 1/4" rv plumbing like I do, I bought a rubber collar to attach the drain to my existing p-trap. Despite the sink being so much deeper, I was able to hook it into my existing plumbing with ease. Instant gratification when paired with the recommended faucet and a soap dispenser. (And one of those roll up metal drying racks.) So nice!!! ... show more

I was a bit worried when getting this sink because it is so much cheaper than the name brands. However, thus far I have not been disappointed. When you think about it, how much better could other brands be? A sink is just a piece of metal (more or less). I am no sink expert but this product did not appear cheap to me. It felt sturdy and well built. With that said, be sure the styling is something you are into. The squared off corners (both inside and out) have some pros and cons. I installed this as part of a budget remodel of the kitchen/bar area in my basement (yet to be finished...). It's been a few months and so far so good. Actually, one warning for you! This is a top mount sink yet has no method for securing it to the counter. My counter is laminate and I cut the opening so that the sink is a little snug. I also used silicone under the sink lip to help "glue" it to the counter. In theory I'm confident this should be adequate but time will tell. Ideally the general weight of the sink and silicone will keep locked in place. In reality, the only direction it can go is UP, and unless gravity changes that shouldn't happen. But just keep this in mind as I believe traditional top mount sinks have some sort of clip system to secure it to the counter. ... show more
