These are a relatively nice bulb. The color temperature is good. They dim well. The frosted part is on the inside of the bulb, so the exterior of the bulb is glossy. It should be the other way around to soften the bulb.

I don’t like LED bulbs, but that’s all you can get in California. I tried all sorts of bulbs and most looked harsh or showed the weird orange filaments inside the bulb. Not a good look for a beautiful chandelier. These bulbs were the best of the many I tried; Soft and pretty. I ordered more.
