I purchased this fridge just under a year ago. It's well built, easy to clean, and has enough capacity to fit a good amount of bottles. Recently, however, I started having an issue where the unit will no longer cool. Colzer customer support (specifically, Teresa) has been excellent when resolving the issue. They ended up shipping me a brand new unit to replace the defective one and covered all of the costs associated with diagnosing the failure. It's very rare these days to find a company that stands by their products but you can rest assured knowing that you're in good hands with Colzer.

5 stars for customer service, 4 for the cooler. The light of the temperature control is very bright and it is a bit louder than I anticipated. Even though our cooler worked for only 2 months the issue was taken care of by Colzer customer service and now we have one working beautifully. The first cooler we ordered broke after only 2 months. After contacting Colzer customer service they quickly determined that it had a bad compressor and send me a brand new one. Due to my mistake in accidentally giving the wrong zip code (we recently moved and I gave my old zip with the new address) the shipping company couldn’t deliver. Colzer Customer Service responded quickly and made sure to send it again to the correct address.

This is hands down one of the best purchases we’ve made. We have had our Colzer for about a year and a half and we absolutely love it. It’s super quiet with a nice sleek look, fits perfectly in our kitchen. We were bummed when it stopped working suddenly. We reached out to customer service thinking it would be a nightmare trying to get it repaired but it was actually the exact opposite. This company is phenomenal. They got back with us within 48 hours and within about a week we received our new unit. This company actually backs and honors their warranty policy and there was absolutely no hassle. I can’t say enough good things about them. If you are in the market for a new wine fridge, do yourself a favor and go with this company. You won’t regret it.

The 15" wine cooler arrived, was very attractive and worked very well. Our only problem was that the machine made a clunk every time it came up to temperature. I emailed with Colzer Customer Service and they determined there was a problem with an abnormal relay. They stood behind their warranty and generously offered to send us another machine without having to return the first one. Good job Colzer!

After two years, my wine cooler stopped working. I contacted the company and after a few months, I received a new one. It is so quiet compared to the first one. I think that might have been a sign that something wasn't right with the first one. It is beautiful and keeps my wine chilled perfectly. Working with the company took a few months, but they were gracious and cooperative. I would do business with them again.

The unit looks great and just like the pictures. Blue LEDs are only on top, so when the top shelves are full they block the light. Controls for the lights are also inside so not very convenient to turn on and off. Displays is VERY bright, I wish there was a dimmer setting or that it was not as bright. The positioning of the temperature display makes it so that you can't see what the temperature is at unless you open the door or bend down quite far. Key lock is at the very bottom of the door, not very convenient if you are utilizing the locking mechanism. Overall the unit suits our needs and the price was good. Minor inconveniences are the only things we don't like about it.

This cooler is great. It arrived fast and in perfect condition. A few small notable concerns. The noise level is much noisier than expected. I ordered this one because it was a few dB lower than others. I would disagree with It's dB rating. It kicks on every 10-15 mins. I'll have to get use to that & I haven't seen my electric bill yet. The wine cools to 2-4 degrees lower than set temp. I had it set at 42 and it was reading 39 for a few days. So I adjusted it to 44 and it's been staying at 42ish. Other than these few annoyances it's a dependable and stylish addition to my kitchen.
