Really lovely pens. Great quality paint, smooth application, perfectly sized tips, even comes with a coded color chart. One complaint though: the colors are numbered on the box, but not numbered on the pens themselves. And of course the actual paint is not going to match a printed CMYK chart, so numbering the pens themselves would make it significantly easier. ... show more

I didn't have overly high expectations for these markers as they aren't a brand I've ever heard of and they were fairly cheap. Although the packaging was flimsy, the markers inside were as advertised. The dual tip option is pretty great and makes for ease of use and less of a mess than the regular blunt tip paint markers. The colors are vibrant and the marker tips glide smooth. They dry pretty quickly so blending is a smidgen of a challenge but I found that with colors pencils the paint marker blends well enough. The tips clean up easily seem to be of fair quality. I used the markers on an adult coloring book page and I think it turned out okay. The media could not be loaded. I had a lot of fun working with these pens. They reacted surprising well on mixed media paper (114Lb and 185g). Two things of note they didn’t bleed through the paper even after 2-5 layers. I was also able to layer them with other water-based markers and watercolors to get a greater range of tones. Overall it’s a nice set of acrylic paint pens especially for the price. If I had to change anything I would like to see some great range in the greens. ... show more

I absolutely LOVE these markers. I splurged on the full 60-marker set and it was well worth it. Sometimes, with these larger sets, you're really only getting a small range of colors in multiple aspects (neon, metalic, sparkle, etc) but this set really is 60 different colors (including a metallic gold, a metallic silver and one neon yellow-green). I got them mainly for the dotting tip but I think i'm actually more impressed with the fine-line tip. It produces a smooth, consistent 1mm line with no blobbing and no having to shake or pump the pen to get the paint flowing. A few of the pens, I must confess, don't match, i.e. the color of the fine tip isn't exactly the same as the dot-tip, but that's a minor issue for me. Also, I use these pens for adding finishing elements to mixed-media work, not for coloring or painting on a larger scale, so I might have different criteria and expectations than other users out there but I think the 60-pen set is, all around, a very good deal. ... show more

I like the variety of colors the package has, it makes decorating a jar or writing words on a painting much easier.. I wish the white marker was more opaque, it is somewhat transparent, you have to go over the color a few times to make it look solid.. however I am happy with the set!
