Very happy with this. It keeps wine cold down to 40 degrees. This is a compressor type. My thermoelectric wine cooler could not get that cold. It also broke after a year.

Overall I am pleased with the refrigerator. There were no instructions for adjusting the temperature. I do find that it is a bit noisy but it is a nice replacement for the previous girlfriend's ugly wine cabinet. LOL

This fridge stopped working in less than 2 years! It still lights up when plugged in, but does not cool anymore. Now we have to search for another fridge with similar dimensions. I do not recommend anyone to buy this. It worked ok in the beginning and I was hopeful it would good after researching. But NO ... show more

The unit itself had a loud noise over 2 months, but the customer service was helpful and tried to help resolve the problem, in the end they agreed to refund my purchase. I appreciate their responsiveness.

The media could not be loaded. I've owned a couple of different wine coolers over the years so I wasn't surprised to find the evaporator iced up on this cooler and it started making horrible sounds in the middle of the night. I like my wine cold and this cooler was the only one I found that would cool as low as 41 degrees and that's the only reason I chose this one over all the others. I purchased this one on 06/15/21 and it's functioned well for a month and a half set at 41 degrees while unbeknownst to me it was in the process of icing up. I got it all defrosted (took 3 face towels to absorb up all the water) and I now have set it to 45 degrees so we'll see how it goes. So here's my complaints... 1. It's really not an 18 bottle wine cooler unless you only put the smaller shorter bottles in it. I had to take two racks completely out to get a two larger bottles of wine and/or a bottle of champagne in. 2. Advertise to cool down 41... degrees but that's not exactly true. 3. The door is not reversible. 4. As several others have mentioned "the door does not close evenly". 5. The "beep sound" your supposed to hear when you enter the temperature setting mode is inaudible. 6. The listed width measurement is "outside width" and does not allow for the inside wall thickness. 7. The inside light turns off automatically after just a couple of minutes. I'd rather it stayed on until I turn it off. It says this item is "currently unavailable" and I'm not surprised, but this same exact cooler is available under a couple other names. ... show more
