The wine cooler looks nice. Compressor is relatively quiet. Just a faint, low hum when it's on. It does not run excessively. It easily fit all of the bottle lengths and diameters that I had. I measured energy usage, and it seems to be about 1 kW-hr per day. We had a major dent in it from shipping, but the seller was terrific in offering either to return it, or keep it with a discount. We kept it with the discount. They do need to package it better, with foam or some angle protection at the 4 corners.

I waited some months to review to ensure I had enough time to really review the item. I love this wine fridge! It stay at the perfect temp at all times. It doesn’t leave any condensation. Sometimes I can hear it slightly buzzing, but I expected that like with any appliance. It holds quite a few bottles, even on the bottom shelf. Would definitely recommend!

I've been considering buying a wine fridge for quite some time. I typically keep a dozen or so bottles of white chilled at any given time and I was tired of having them take up so much space in my full-size refrigerator. I finally took the plunge and got this unit. It arrived pretty quickly, but was missing a part (that didn't affect operation of the unit). I reached out to the seller and they quickly responded back. They send me a replacement which arrived in a few weeks. The unit has been operating and maintaining temperature reliably for about a month now. I'm pleased with the purchase because not only did it free up room in my fridge, but keeping white chilled to the right temperature (which is higher than what a regular refrigerator is set to) has greatly enhanced my enjoyment of the wine drinking process! I never imagined it would be so noticeable, but the flavors are definitely enhanced and bolder. I don't think I could go back to not using a wine fridge.

I have this Fridge for 2 years and it’s completely dead. Does not even turn on. In beginning it worked great. But it’s obviously a poorly made item for it not to last more than 2 years. I am still shocked. You would assume a refrigerator would last at least 5 if not 10 + years. The fridge in my basement came with my house 12 years ago and still running perfectly, & who knows how long the previous owner had it before me. Item looks nice but poorly made. A big do NOT buy from me.

We recently spent a day in Napa and purchased a couple of cases of wine and decided it was about time to store them properly, so we bought this refrigerator. It is a nice looking refer and fits in the little area we had designated for it. We needed to contact Customer Service with a question and they were very responsive. Setting the temp and moving between Fahrenheit and Celsius is super easy. We let it set for 48 hours before stocking it with wine (as is recommended) and set it for 55F. The temp has been maintained. We are very happy with our new Wine Refer/Cooler.

The media could not be loaded. I've owned a couple of different wine coolers over the years so I wasn't surprised to find the evaporator iced up on this cooler and it started making horrible sounds in the middle of the night. I like my wine cold and this cooler was the only one I found that would cool as low as 41 degrees and that's the only reason I chose this one over all the others. I purchased this one on 06/15/21 and it's functioned well for a month and a half set at 41 degrees while unbeknownst to me it was in the process of icing up. I got it all defrosted (took 3 face towels to absorb up all the water) and I now have set it to 45 degrees so we'll see how it goes. So here's my complaints... 1. It's really not an 18 bottle wine cooler unless you only put the smaller shorter bottles in it. I had to take two racks completely out to get a two larger bottles of wine and/or a bottle of champagne in. 2. Advertise to cool down 41... degrees but that's not exactly true. 3. The door is not reversible. 4. As several others have mentioned "the door does not close evenly". 5. The "beep sound" your supposed to hear when you enter the temperature setting mode is inaudible. 6. The listed width measurement is "outside width" and does not allow for the inside wall thickness. 7. The inside light turns off automatically after just a couple of minutes. I'd rather it stayed on until I turn it off. It says this item is "currently unavailable" and I'm not surprised, but this same exact cooler is available under a couple other names.
