10/26/20 - I am reviewing this product based on the arrival condition and setup. I will update this review after the unit sits upright for a few days to make sure all the coolant returns to the proper place. It is recommended to let it sit for 2 hours prior to turning on in the instruction manual. A more cautious method is to let it sit the same number of days it took to ship. The product was packaged very securely, however, upon first inspection it looks like I have a large but slight dent in the top of my unit. The packaging was not damaged but I would guess someone stepped on the box and the pressure was sent to the top of the unit. We will see if this will have any negative effects. It also has a small scratch on the top. The unit arrives with the door handles off, it requires 4 Phillips head screws to attach. The mounting mechanism is a plastic tab inside the door. If you put even the slightest amount of extra force the plastic tab will break and fall into the door and you will have to DIY a connection. This happened to be with 1 of the 4 bolts. I used a longer bolt of the same thread size and a washer to connect it, as seen in the photos. This tab should be metal or a similar method to how I constructed it rather than a thin piece of plastic. The doors are slightly misaligned, I am sure you can adjust it to be even but it's another thing that should be correct from the factory. Overall, the unit looks very nice. I purchased the stainless steel version. The handles are much more if a shiny brushed steel and don't match the door exactly. As I said above, I will update this review to comment on how it works temperature after it has sit for a few days. 10/29/20 - After waiting for any coolant to settle, I plugged it in and the temps read roughly 70 degrees F. It look roughly 30 minutes to come down to 55 and 48. The actual compressor really isn't that loud. All of my other mini fridges and chest freezers are much louder, however, the actuator that turns it on/off is pretty loud and obnoxious. You do lose your temp when you open the door since its so small, but it quickly comes back down to temp. The temperature LEDs are obnoxiously bright and I can't find a way to turn them off or dim them. They are way brighter than the inside LEDs which leave a bit to be desired. Ultimately it is cooling my wine appropriately. I may add a test bottle of water with a thermometer to really test it's ability to hold temperature. Time will tell. Will update appropriately. 11/05/20 - After having this cooler for a couple weeks I'm updating my review to 4 stars. It seems to keep temperature, although I haven't measured it for accuracy. It does turn on/off quite frequently so it seems to stay within a small range. So far so good. Removing on star for the silly handle install mechanism and overly bright front LEDs. If anything goes astray I'll be updating. But for now this is working as it should and looks nice. 12/31/20 - I've been wondering where a sound was coming from for awhile now. It's an electric arc sound and it occasionally comes from this cooler. I've been standing near it while it happens when the compressor kicks in occasionally. It's a bit worrying to say the least and is quite loud. Will contact the manufacturer because the sound alones makes this seem like a fire hazard. ... show more

This is a PERFECT Wine Cooler for us! We were tired of having 'too hot' wines sitting in our kitchen cabinet, and so we bought this wonderful wine cooler. PROS: Indeed it has two completely separate cooling areas that can be set to different temperatures if you wish; Average-sized bottles do not rub/touch each other in the racks; The tilted bottom area is GREAT for holding either slightly off-sized bottles OR already opened bottles; The stainless steel doors match the other appliances in our kitchen. CONS: As others have said, it DOES make a lot of 'refrigerator' noise from the circulation fans; Every once in a great while it makes a short 'buzzing' noise for some reason; Upon arrival we had to loosen the bottom door screws to adjust the leveling of the two doors... not a big deal, though; Shipping folks obviously used a fork-lift on this item, and so there is a huge dent in the back corner of the frig... not enough for a return, as it is luckily in the back of the unit... just check your box upon arrival! OVERALL: Great value for the price... would recommend to everyone! Our wines are staying at the correct temperature now, and we can TASTE the difference! ... show more

Was not happy that I was unable to get the screw through to attach the handle. I thought the length was too short. This problem was solved with a magnetic screwdriver that is required to get the screw to pass thru the door and into the handle. I was sold on the stainless steel handle that matches my kitchen cabinet pulls. It is noisy so I plan on moving it down to my basement once the bar renovation has been done. ... show more

    • Great Customer Service!!!
We were very excited to receive this refrigerator. It has dual climates for the left and the right. When we first plugged it in it was quiet. After a couple of hours it started making a noise. I hunted around for it and noticed the noise got really loud when I opened up the left door. We had yet to put anything in it so I lifted it up on a table to see if I could see anything out of place. After spending a couple of hours looking I gave up and contacted the seller Deal Goods. They responded quickly and asked for a video which I sent them. Again they responded quickly and asked if they could send a replacement which I agreed to. 2 days later it was at my doorstep. This is great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. Thank you Deal Goods! And this wine fridge is AWESOME! ... show more

    • Not Noisy and Lightweight Enough to Move Solo
Came quickly and lighter than expected so it was easy to place by myself. Looks like its working for now. Arrived undamaged. Not any louder than the fridge itself. In fact, the fridge is probably louder so I cannot even tell if I hear the fridge or the cooler so no problems with noise.

This was a xmas present, the unit doors do not line up, the doors are badly stratch up, the top of the fridge is warped and the temperature on the one sided will not move from 70. I hope they send a replacement or better still a refund to go else where Soooooo passed off

    • Great buy but could use some upgrades
Looks great. Love the light feature and the display option on the bottom! It gets noisy on occasion but it's not constant. I would have liked it to be slightly wider/deeper. As companies start selling more and more non-traditionally shaped bottles as part of their marketing gimmicks I find myself either avoiding purchasing them or knowing I can only fit half the number of bottles in my fridge. Also the door handles are a full inch off, beware if you demand symmetry... ... show more

This wine cooler was easy to set up and has been working great for the few weeks that we’ve had it. It was a little difficult for us to install the handles, but the full coverage of the door gasket made it worth the effort. The two sides seem to be cooling well to the separate temperatures.
