These items are very defective and if you get one that doesn’t work and you schedule a day and time for them to pick it up, Amazon does not show up then does not give you alternative way to ship it back like I said we will not be paying for the new one that you sent us until you can figure out how to pick this other one up or give us a label that we can take the damn thing somewhere and get rid of it ... show more
