i ordered two of these dolls. Both arrived packaged beautifully except that the paint is a little rubbed off on both dolls noses. there was a small piece of tissue paper over the dolls face but the box appears to be too close to the dolls face resulting that the paint rubbed off. one doll was missing more paint than the other and it is really quite noticeable. I am debating if I should ask for a replacement....otherwise they were well wrapped and the box was in great shape.The doll itself is very cuddly and well done. the coloring is realistic and I am very happy. I purchased this doll with the eyes open and closed and bought another closed eye doll for my neice. We are going to add glass beads to her body, limbs and head to make her around 6 lbs. The doll is suitable for kids and doll collectors.

My 3 year old loves this doll. The body is cloth but that's okay. Comes with two magnetic pacifiers, two outfits and a bottle. Super cute. The doll does look a bit different from the photo but just that it has a lot of hair. I would get another doll from this place again.

I bought this for my grand daughter for Xmas. I opened the box to check it out. The sleeper Zoey has on is very cheapy made. A couple of the snaps are broken. I’m glad I looked at it before I gave to her. Not worth returning it for the sleeper but I am very disappointed. She is very life like looking. I’m sure she will love it.
