- Vixen-style Dovetail Plate Designed to accept the Vixen-style dovetail saddles.
- Long Slots with Diverse Mounting Holes With two long 87.6mm (3.45") slots that is ideal for mounting and properly balancing devices. The slots are 6.4mm in width which accept M6 and 1/4" screws. In addition, there are three 3/8" threaded holes (M8 countersunk holes) with a spacing of 35mm (1.38") in each slot.
- M6 & 1/4" Countersunk Bores There are 10 pairs of 6.4mm countersunk holes with a spacing of 20mm (0.79"). The 6.4mm countersunk holes matching M6 and 1/4" screws. Ideal for accessories that with M6 or 1/4" threaded holes with a spacing of 20mm (0.79").
- 1/4" Threaded Holes It reserved 1/4" threaded hole in the center for mounting on a variety of brackets that with 1/4" screw.
- Anti-slip Secure Connection Ten anti-slip rubber pads enhance the grip between mounting plate and devices, and protect devices from any damage due to mounting. Four safety stop screw in bottom is to prevent drop by accident. (Note: It need to remove two safety stop screws for the saddle that does not support drop-in loading)

Mounted a Nikon 600mm prime lens to an EQ6-R
This was perfect for mounting a heaviy prime lens and pro DSLR Nikon D5 to my Sky Watcher EQ6-R equatorial mount. The variety of supplied screws provided enough of the correct type to secure the lens at three points in the lens’ tripod foot. Balanced perfectly.

Lightest weight Vixen, great telescope handle
Looking for a lightweight Vixen bar to be used as a handle for your telescope? This fits perfectly on two tube rings spaced so that mounting holes are 200mm apart. Mounted upside down to rings, makes a great handle that can also mount other components. Bonus - comes with lots of screws and Allen keys. Only weighs a few ounces.

For Goto Telescope mounts.
Nothing to dislike about it. It's machined for standard photo thread. This is for an Orion Goto mount and it makes it so refractor tube rings will mate to the mount. I can also use it for a short focus 6" telescope (f/4) for wide field astrophotography.
