Quality parts, pretty easy to assemble framework. A little fine tuning to get the belts right. test runs went well after getting it dialed in. The laser performed as expected.

I spent hours researching and looking at different types of engraver machines until I settled on this one. First impressions - I thought I was going to have to put it together but when I opened the box it was fully assembled like take out of the box and fire it up. It has a ton of extras with it too, even a practice board which is nice so I don’t have to risk my first attempt on something and worry about ruining it. This option gives you the most bang for your buck by far and added bonus that it’s fully assembled!

The media could not be loaded. This is my unboxing video. Everything was there as expected. Seems to be high quality material. Easy set up took no more than 10 minutes. Test engraving went smoothly. Value seems very good as I also own an Epilog Fusion but needed a second laser with an open bottom for specific projects.

Well, here it is The end of October 2025 and have still not resolved anything with this laser... back and forth, emails, between myself and creality, keep asking for the same videos over and over which I send them, then they think of something else which I do. And it just moves on and on with no resolution. I would definitely never buy anything Creeality. I did, however, buy a brand new flashforge 3D5X printer that works like a champ right out of the box.No, problems, no issues, so tell me again.Creality, how i'm not doing something right... and by the way, 3 other people that I know who have lasers could not get it to function either. So perhaps maybe we're all just doing it wrong. Come on, Amazon, help me out here. This thing has over $600 of my money in it, and that doesn't even include the accessories. I purchased. I wish I had the ability to give it less than a 0 star. Well, as of today, September 23rd 2025. I still have a useless piece of junk that I paid almost $1000 for! vendor will not stand behind product. They were generous enough to offer me 50% off of the broken one I have now or a free replacement if I send it to their address in. Texas, at my expense, but here's the catch. The email They sent also states that if they don't receive it in their overseas warehouse, I will not get a replacement... with everything going on today, I doubt they would even claim that they received it... even with a tracking number. I pursued follow-up with Amazon and they assured me that it would be taken care of well, here it is. It's still not taken care of and it's nearly impossible to talk to anyone live at amazon. So since the middle of november 2024, I've had this useless piece of garbage that has yet to be fired once. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this vendor or their company. There's absolutely no customer support. I'm sorry I bought it now, i'm stuck with it, and it's basically expensive e-waste. purchased this in the hopes that it would be exactly what I was looking for I'm sorry, I bought it now, I'm stuck with it, and it's basically expensive scrap The company themselves offer no customer service. I've tried lightburn. And all the other programs, but this thing will do nothing. It starts up and will not fire, will not move. The only movement it does do is go straight to the back and the belts begin to jump on the gearing. I have yet to even see the laser fire once on this. Basically got a very expensive piece of high-tech scrap not unless the company wants to contact me. And offer a replacement. Also, after doing some deep internet searching, I find out that these lasers are infamous for not working correctly because of the pin connector I suspect that's what happened to this one, but since i've had it too long, i'm sure I won't be able to exchange it. I had originally purchased this on November 24th 2024. And here it is September 23rd in 2025, and have not received any real resolutions to the issue both from creolity, or amazon. Creolity wants me to send it back at my cost to an address in. Texas, they claim they'll replace it as soon as it clears the overseas warehouse... amazon did reach out and told me they would take care of the issue at situation. But here it is, I'm still not taken care of. Not only did I buy the laser set up. I bought the canopy. The camera, extra glasses and also, a fume extractor, full honeycomb Mat all of it pretty much useless because I can't use the laser for anything. Do not buy it, do not trust it. The quality is okay, but there is no customer support.Whatsoever... this certainly made me rethink the items that I purchased through amazon now.
