The wheelchair came in but according to their dimensions this was not correct. The wheelchair is too small. It no way accommodates a patient more than 300lb even though it's rared more. The wheelchair has insufficient power as well as the leg rests do not support foot weight. The seat is think and very uncomfortable and the design doesn't allow larger frMe people to sit comfortably. This is best rated for someone who is 250 or less and not wider than an average man cause the user they show in the video is about what it will accommodate fairly. The power they describe is just not there. Seems to be over inflated description and then requested a return and refund and the company never responded and no help from Amazon. Should be allowed to return as this was a total waste of $800 dollars! Will now have to file a claim on my creodt card for return of funds and let them handle this cause what hood is a product if you can't simply use it. Who got hundreds of dollars to just throw away. Simply not fair. Have bought thousands of items over the years and never seen unwillingness to return and refund. Description of item is not exactly what matched upon assembled and finalized and then the dissatisfied and disappointment will be felt. Terrible ... show more

Just got mine out of the box. Seems very well made. I haven’t got to try it out much because battery needed charge. Very pleased with everything except it says lightweight and 74 pounds. But it is actually 114 pounds. So not so lightweight.

The best customer service anywhere. My Husband Ron bought this wheelchair. It is wide, and extremely comfortable. We had questions, and asked for procedure to use different type batteries. Support sent us a very thorough document and video explaining the process. They literally answer in hours, not days and months. As for the wheelchair, it is very well built, over w/o inches wide and rated at 400 lbs. R The price is the best anywhere. It comes shipped in a good hearty box, with a cushion. It weighs about 70 lbs, and extremely easy to fold or unfold. It has pneumatic tires that help the ride. Especially on bumpy paths. We are taking it to Magic Kingdom, and will update the review afterwards. Support is second to none. Super affordable, easy to fold, connects the battery is a breeze, and super heavy duty. He is not 400 lbs, but we don’t worry about it bending while being used. You can’t go wrong purchasing the wheelchair. It weighs equal to other wheelchair that have a less weight rating, believe me we looked high and low. I will Videos and photos later after our Disney trip. ... show more

Maybe 3 1/2 stars. Pros: width is awesome for a lighter weight chair. The one we have now is so very heavy, and it's old, and they don't manufacture it anymore. Easy to move joystick to other arm rest. Really like the one, easy to hook on the back battery. Our previous one had two very heavy batteries. Cons: It traveled from California to Pennsylvania. The box was made of plastic cardboard? It wasn't packed very well, and items were jostled around. A hole was burned through the box onto the seat pad. Thankfully, we're going to use our own seat pad, so that's not really a problem. Second con: the legrest pins are a different size, and the leg rests that came with it have plastic footrests, which have cracked on us in the past. Thankfully, I was able to attach the metal footrests we have, but it means we have to buy special pin elevating legrests that will fit this wheelchair. Nowhere in the listing was the pin size listed or mentioned that it wasn't standard. ... show more

The wheelchair arrived without a charger and it was missing bolts. Can't use it. Right now it is an expensive heavy and heavy manual wheelchair.
