I bought this metal carport to cover my truck in the driveway, and overall I’m happy with it. The frame feels sturdy once everything is tightened down, and the metal roof gives me more confidence than a fabric canopy. Assembly does take some time, so I would definitely recommend having two people and laying out all the parts first. Item arrived in timely manner. But one part for the frame was not crimped or dented on one side, making it impossible to fit together. Had to put in a vise and hammer the living daylights out of it. It took forever. I made a complaint to the seller. Not a word from them yet. I probably won't buy from them again. Edit they have responded and making it right. ... show more

Excellent product took 10 hours to assemble with two people, directions are pretty spot on and helpful. Please ensure you wear the gloves as the sheet metal is razor sharp and will cut you. On a slope if fit just what I needed for my two Escalades and make them look like they are well protected. 👍👍👍👍 ... show more

I bought this carport to protect my truck and outdoor equipment from sun and rain,and it has worked well so far.the frame feels solid once everything is fully assembled and the size gives me plenty of room to park and still move around.assembly does take some time and is easier with two or three people,but the instructions are clear enough to follow.overall,it looks nice in the driveway and feels like a good value for the price. ... show more

    • 20 x 40 carport is mostly installed
Size: 20x40 FT
20 x 40 carport is almost done. Ended up having to take a break to order more weather strip seal as I was at least one roll short, need to install 2.5 more rows of roof steel yet. I tried to do most of the work my self but ended up asking for help and used a tractor to lift one side at a time to put the wall legs on. Built the rafters a couple times, I installed bolts that should have waited for later just had to take them out again. Also when assembling the rafters make sure the sheet screw hole are up. When bolting three things together the screws are too short! The whole project would be better with longer bolts. Plastic crap on the metal sheets was the worst part terrible to peel off at 40 degrees f still not fun at 85f but a little better. Not sure yet on sturdiness, durability, or water resistance. But I will need to ancher it with something better than the tent stakes in the kit. ... show more
