Love the machine, have a lot to play with and learn with, I guess that is what youtube is for, LOL. Don't get much for instructions but found a website/facebook page that is a help. I will tell you that the camera is not responding/working. This is making me mad. Other than that the machine seems to be working good at this point. I will write another or update this review when I get some of the stuff figured out. The camera issue, from what I have learned says I need to contact the seller. So seller, what is the deal. I would like to start by saying I really like the job this machine does. This is the first laser engraver I have purchased. It is quick and somewhat easy to set up. I am only giving 4 starts as I cannot get the camera set up and the support for this brand is in China so everything they have sent to me does not have audio and the videos are in Chinese. This is equivalent to the Genmitsu brand and the parts for this will work with this brand.

I was reading how to set it up and was trying too. Found the damage. Set up is very complicated.. you get what you pay for. ( part of the case-topper was broken a piece of plastic was broken off)
