Plenty of power for a lightweight cordless tool. With Power Share battery and charger. Nice battery with no extras. The remaining power is displayed on the tool, next to a two-speed toggle button. Apparently, there are several tools that use this battery. I have come across it for two different brands. Even though cutting disks are mentioned and even pictured on the box cover, no such disks are supplied and the proper shield for such operation is not spoken of. What is spoken of is surface grinding using a thick metal grinding disk or a flap disk, which may be my favorite small angle grinder accessory because it offers aggressive surface cleaning of rust, scale, old paint, and cement residues. It also does very well when shaping and smoothing wood. Five grinding disks are included. A close look at the cover photo shows the grinding shield unsecured by the little nut and bolt intended for that purpose. The correct shield to be used with the pictured cutoff wheel is not shown. Nor does this tool have a handle position option oriented parallel with the disk spindle. Which is desirable if one is to be doing a free tool cut through a securely clamped steel or iron object. The two available handle locations favor surface grinding with the shield protecting both of the operator's hands. I have a more significant concern: It is rather easy to use the "safety lock" button to lock the power trigger in the on position. How easy? Easy enough not to necessarily notice doing so. Not a good design fixture. For most applications simply releasing the trigger should dependably turn off the grinder. With the lock button stuck in place, it is necessary to firmly squeeze the trigger, first. The safety button is intended to prevent accidentally turning on the grinder. That does work as intended but making it possible for the machine to keep running on its own is not a justifiable feature, however handy that might be in certain circumstances. It seems my recommendation presumes a level of user awareness of something NOT to be expected. Thus, I must say at least to proceed with caution. Four stars for general quality in a low-cost tool. Not quite sufficient reason to say I'd want this angle grinder, myself. That said, you could pay more for a battery and charger, if you have other Power Share tools. Good luck.

This is typical size but a bit lighter weight than some other cordless grinders I've tried. It has 3 speeds which is nice, although the lights that indicate the speed aren't working quite correctly on mine ( two bars are lit on both the lowest and middle speeds, and then three on the highest speed). The single battery (labeled 4Ah) is considerably lighter than other 4Ah tool batteries I have, so I'm not surprised it doesn't last a real long time (about 10 minutes). It comes with a small variety of discs, a handle, a guard, and a charger. This is modestly priced for a cordless grinder, and would be a reasonable tool for someone who only has occasional, smaller jobs.

The bottom line is this grinder works. It does the job. It has good power and didn't feel like it was bogging down at all during my testing. I have Milwaukee fuel tools so obviously this doesn't compare to that level but for under 60 bucks it's a good buy for those on a budget. It comes with everything you need.

Not as good as a store/name brand but just being disconnected from a power cord makes all the difference in the world. Much much quiter than my plug in and can still get the job done. Does not spin as fast but will grind. Comes with several discs in the box, which will save you quite a bit of cash right from the get go. Only one battery, which is a bummer as a second battery is almost as expensive as the tool and buying a replacement in a year will probably be impossible with a pop up brand like this. If you need a grinder in a remote location and don't want to break the bank, the value is still there.

OK, I really needed/wanted a cordless angle grinder, I have a number of corded grinders, but wanted something to be able to take out to a project jeep and grind or cut things. I got to try this one today, I needed a quick bit of steel to attach to the engine to allow me to attach a chain to pull the engine. So a bit of 1/8" flat bar, popped a hole in it, then went threw a cutoff wheel in the grinder. I was kind of surprised at how well it cut, and how fast. This thing is a beast. I then threw in a simple flap disc in and cleaned up the part. Overall, I am very impressed with how well this grinder worked, it should make a great addition to the jeep project.

I already own quite a few angle grinders both Makita and Hitachi. I do a lot of tile work and they are all used very heavily. The ones I own however are all corded tools and I wanted a cordless option just for those times I need a grinder for a quick second or two. I plugged the charger in which is insanely lightweight compared to my Makita 18v one. I wondered if there was even anything inside of it but it fully charged the 1 included battery in about 12hrs or so. I put a diamond blade in it and made a couple test cuts in some porcelain tile with no issues like I said this will be for the occasional use. The tool feels nice in the hand its a little bulky with the battery but still manageable. The tool itself feels well made however the handle is a little on the lighter cheaper side but still works. It comes with a very basic bag and a few wheels and the wrench. I would have rather had a second battery to be honest instead of the included wheels which I will prob will never use. The rather strange thing is that the description says 20V but my battery included says 21V but it may just be a typo. On a whim I use 18v Makita tools and I decided to see if a Makita battery would fit since they look almost identical and it did and the tool worked with it as well. I wouldn't recommend this as it prob will void the warranty and I would not be using the 21v battery in my Makita stuff nor charging my Makita stuff with this charger etc. But it's something to note if you own Makita tools. Overall it's a nice little cordless grinder that fits the hand nicely and seems well built that won't break the bank.
