Pretty simple to use: plug and go. I've only used the product for about one day, but it does seem to be working in that there are less birds outside my window, and they're supposed to be sensitive to ultrasonic frequencies. Good value for the money.

I like this product, it has worked very well for me, the best thing is how easy it is to use, because you don't have to be struggling with chemicals or odors or anything, for us humans it doesn't even have any kind of noises anymore for rats, cockroach any insects yes and it works perfectly, it scares them all away, the material is durable, the pack of 6 is perfect you can put it in every room of the house

Half these didn't work out of the box - the internal blue LED did not illuminate. Instead of returning I simply removed the cover and inspected the internal circuit board. Found that the solder connections between the circuit board and large 120 AC pins were broken. So I resoldered and they worked great. We had one of these same designs from 10 years ago that worked great. I took that one apart and found the internal connections between the AC terminals and circuit card were made much better. Manufacturer should go back the the drawing board.
