This is an update. I got it replaced by Amazon. Process was pretty smooth. However I have lowered my rating because the replacement not only has the same defect, with the top left corner being pinched by the bezel causing a discoloration on the screen, but when it powered on the fan was so loud i could hear it from another room. I can only assume that the manufacturer 1 doesn't do quality tests on each computer, and 2 they have problems with assembly. It arrived as ordered. Packaging was good. It's a good computer, but the one I received has a defect. The screen bezel is pinching the screen in the top left corner, causing a distortion of the color. I have reached out, using the WhatsApp QR sticker on the laptop. There was no answer for my phone calls, and they haven't responded to my text. I am a little disappointed because it has been more than 24hrs. My next step is to contact Amazon customer support. ... show more

Came with corrupted windows. Laptop couldn’t even load task manager it would fail to load, if I had known this problem would happen I wouldn’t have paid $20 for this laptop.

It is a very nice laptop. Came nicely packaged to socks any damage. It was very easy to set up and hardly took much time. Runs very smoothly and easy to navigate. I like this computer but the only problem I have is the battery life is crap can only have it unplugged for an hour or so and it does come with a type C charger so you would think you can use a phone charger but it don't work like that but otherwise its a good labtop.
