The AC unit itself is nice and works well, the delivery man was very courteous and delivered inside my place due to be very heavy. The reason for three stars is for Amazon Prime. It supposed to be delivered the next day after I place the order, but then, they changed and it took over two weeks. Messed up with my schedule and I could it pick one at Home Depot, only a mile a way. No more Amazon Prime! ... show more
