I'm not sure where the confusion came in but I had a battery operated pump that quit working and was looking for something similar to transfer gas to my numerouse gas operated equipment- mower, chain saws, generastor, etc. There is some confusion on Amazon and my link from Vine goes to the battery operated pump rather than the manual one. I was expecting the battery operated so they must have confused me. I acquired this siphon not for gas, but to help with water changes for my pigs. Being pregnant, I needed a solution that didn’t involve any heavy lifting and this has been a game changer! Setup was a breeze thanks to the clear, easy to follow directions. I just pump the bulb a few times and the water drains out of their bucket with no trouble.
