Looks like a quality product. Has a compact design. Its mostly assembled in the box. The battery came fully charged and ready to go. Took about 3min to plug the controls into the battery/motor harness. A little heavier then I thought it would be but still manageable to lift into the back of our Chevy equinox. My wife is excited to have the additional mobility, she has cancer and has trouble walking for long periods of time. We bought this chair for our trip to Bermuda via New York city.

The media could not be loaded. Pride arrived fully assembled was very easy to unpack. Seem to be heavy duty quality was good no damage at all. Charger included easy to change control setup from one side to the other as shown in the video so far so good very good deal for the money. Speed of maneuverability seem fine a little course on the controls but for the sector seems excellent

The media could not be loaded. If someone is completely disabled with no help this might not be the best fit for you, it’s not light-weight as depicted. You need a bit of strength for it. ONLY GO ON FLAT SUFACES, sidewalks and pave ways mostly, there’s anti tip in the back but no anti tip in the front. Cannot go over even little ledges. But it is affordable and it rides smooth. Can handle weight .

The media could not be loaded. It's advertised as all terrain, but it isn't, according to the manual, which is fine. The main goal for me was to be able to use it. It folds up nice, not incredibly heavy, and compact. The quality of it makes me feel like I'm actually in a chair that'll last for awhile, so that helps. The only thing I don't like about it is there not being a function to actually lower the volume of the sounds. There's a space between the speed level and control that it could've been placed, but maybe there's a reason for that function to not be there. Either way, it's still a really good thing for it being an "upgrade" according to Amazon. I also wish it could go manual, but still, design and logistics choice.

Just got it delivered and in less than 10 minutes of testing it out, it broke. First I couldn't even get out of the threshold of my door I literally had to scoot the thing out of it. I was testing it out for my mother who actually needed the chair. I used it on the ramp which worked fine. And over a patch of grass, next to my vehicle, which was a little hard, and the chair became stuck where I had to scoot again To make it work. I did test it over on my driveway and tried to attempt to go back over the grass That was next to my car to get back up my ramp. But the chair wouldn't go over it. I proceeded to back up and turn around into the driveway to go around my vehicle. To get back up on the ramp. While turning around the front right wheel buckled and would not turn vertical for me to move forward. I tried moving the joystick to adjust the wheels, so it would move the correct wa. Upon trying to do this, The right wheel came off the rim. This had such decent ratings. I assumed this was a great product. There is definitely an issue with the design in this, or they're lying about on its capabilities. Definitely a defective design or defective chair that wasn't working correctly.

We got this for my dad who has difficulty walking long distances. It’s very easy to use. It was already put together. We just got it out of the box. It weighs around 50 lbs and will be easy to carry to appointments, etc. seat is very comfortable for sitting.
