If you are under 5'5" 150lbs, you can expect great massage rollers and air bags from your mid back down to your feet but little to nothing on your shoulders and arms. Sitting on top of a pillow helps with the shoulds just a little bit. Shifting your body off to the left or right helps even more. Its just made for someone with broad shoulders, long arms and a longer torso. This is very disappointing, but I still feel like I got what I paid for. The lower body massage is great and it is nice and compact, so doesn't take up a lot of space in the room. The faux leather looks and feels nice in my opinion. Plus it holds body heat well. Delivery was fast and all 3 boxes arrived on the same day (see other reviews). Assembly was a bit more than expected, but not terrible. Probably 45-minutes and a lot of awkward positions around the chair. Your definitely want to sit in the chair after assembly! Overall: if you are okay with lower body only, then its worth the price.

This is chair is designed for a specific height. I would imagine someone who's 5'9" tall. I am 5'4" tall. Because of that, I need to sit on two pillows in order for the back massage to properly align with my back. If not, the rolling balls hit areas that are uncomfortable. When I use the two pillows, that prevents me from accessing the waist and arm air bags. So essentially, I am only able to use it for the foot, calf, neck and back features. The massage is strong once you remove the padding. You can tailor the intensity to your preference. The assembly was very challenging. It me hours to put the chair together. The directions are useless. The build of the chair is reasonable. I have one arm that is flimsy. But other than that, everything else feels secure. My favorite feature is the air bags. That helps alleviate tension in my body. I also like how you can increasingly add time to your massage. I have chairs that cut off after 15 minutes without allowing the user to change that.

the Chair arrived in (3) boxes. First two came pretty quick and after a few days I contacted the seller about the third. Their response time and communication was great and the third box arrived about a week later. Assembly wasn't too bad but hooking up some of the air lines does take some work. There isn't much slack in the lines or much room to fit your hands in where you need. Overall I'd guess it took about 30 mins to put together. The chair is getting a lot of use already from all family members with the heat and Zero G probably being the most popular features. The back and waist rollers give good pressure in just the right spots although some might prefer to put a light blanket to add a little extra padding. The airbags on the arms, legs, and hips, even on the lowest setting, get pretty intense, which I love but others might think they're too tight but I think that's probably how any chair of this type would work. Being 5'10", the air bags for shoulders and the rollers for the neck mostly miss their target. I would guess you need to be closer to 6' to get the full effect. Bluetooth was easy to setup and sound fine but not really something we use. If I could change anything it would be, that while the controller is easy understand, it could light up a little more as it's somewhat difficult to read in what each button is for. Also it would be nice if you could raise the legs without having to tilt the whole chair back since it's in the living room and we also use it just to sit in. Overall, I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for massage chair without breaking the bank. I'm sure you could find nicer ones for more money but at this price, it seems like a real deal. It shipped fairly quick, the seller is responsive, looks nice, has a lot of great features, feels like it's made well, compact. The whole family loves it and I'm sure you will too.

Updates: so we had quite a few airbnb and "experience" guests here over the last 2.5 maybe 3 months of owning this chair. All of the 9 couples (21 and older) had complaints about the chair. "The chair trapped me at zero G I couldn't get out, had to call my husband" " it doesn't even touch any of my back muscles" "the air bags don't touch me" "it really hurt my skull and lower back" "zero pressure on upper back, chair must be broken" (it's not broken it just doesn't work well)"can't turn it off" "I hope you didn't pay money for this chair" we had to remove the chair from the property for liability purposes and low ratings on airbnb now im goingto have a really hard time becoming a super host. I strongly do not reccomend this chair I've only gotten complaints out of the nearly 35 to 40 people that used it the only guy that liked it lived in a tent. A massage chair should have enhanced a spa like experience instead it enhanced complaints. Original post: The company does get back to you if there is a issue but its more automated than anything and any issues take at least a 2 weeks to a month resolve. Expect the chair to come in much later than anticipated I think it took jist over 2 or 3 months to get here and the remote was broken which took another 2 to 3 weeks to get here. The chair is for a very wide person with short legs and wide hips and huuuuge shoulders. Im 5'3" medium build not thin but not too over weight I mean I can do a 10 mile difficult 4000 altitude gain hike in one day. Assembly was slightly frustrating because a few of the screws felt threaded and I feel like there were a few too many gaps that could have been tightened up to possibly make the chair fit folks better...man it's set up up a strange shaped person Air pressure massage: The shoulders/head and butt balloons don't even touch me the ones that kind of work are the arms/hands and calves but the pressure builds up when it feels like its creating relief with pressure in your muscles it releases pressure immediately when it's fully expanded so it's not that effective and that may just be my opinion. The roller massage: the one I need the most are the rollers in the shoulders and it hardly works while the ones on your lower back jab into you so hard it will make you nauseated with pain and the entire panel moves even if you turn off the lower back massager it attacks you with the rollers if you lean in with your upper back. Legs: the leg portion adjusts I have shorter legs but fairly proportional to my torso...if your any taller your calves may not fit the pressure area while your feet are getting massaged. And the rollers for the feet id give a 1 out of 5 they are ok im just not impressed. The chair is ok but a little cheap it looks kind of OK I was going to use it in my vacation rental but I feel it could be a liability unless you say not responsibleif you use massage chair in the rental contract. If your a wide individual that has a longer torso and is my height this MAY work for you. For 700 or whatever the price is now its worth it for a random massage but I guarantee there are better chairs. I would not replace a massage therapist for this chair that was my intention and its not going to work out that way. If your looking for a really good chair I'd go to the 5k range. Oh and to get the company to deliver on the chair and replacement controller I had to ask them multiple times typically after the 2nd time and 2 weeks they seem to send the product out.
