The cord from the remote control was painted partially in white color paint. The base of the chair is very narrow. I cannot imagine how even an average size adult can fit in. It isn't proportional. It's uncomfortable. It doesn't massage my neck and shoulders. I'm 5'5". In any of the "auto" modes I turn off the foot massage setting but it keeps coming back on.
