At first, I thought the computer had a charging issue because it didn’t respond after being plugged in, and I was worried that there might be something wrong with the machine itself. Later, after carefully checking, I realized the problem was actually with the outlet, not the computer. Once I plugged it into a proper power source, the battery charged quickly and without any problems, which reassured me that the charging system is very reliable. After actually using it, I’m very satisfied with this computer’s overall performance. It runs fast, boots up quickly, and opens programs smoothly without lag. The setup process was also very simple, making it easy to get started even for someone who doesn’t know much about computers. This does not work. It's extremly slow. I set up yesterday when I recieved it. And got home off work. And it won't even come on. Returning it. It didn't come with any booklet. Takes 10 minutes to boot up.. not worth the money. 1 min still not up.

The media could not be loaded. I’m not very tech savvy, so I just wanted a laptop that is easy to use and works well for my home business. This one turn out to be a really good choice. Setup was simple, I just turned it on, connect to wifi, and it was ready to go. Most of the time I use it for emails, documents, video calls, and browsing online, and it handle all of that without any issue. The screen size is nice, not too small and not too big. At 15.6 inch it gives me enough space to work comfortable, and the picture looks bright and clear. The keyboard feels good when typing, and having the number pad is helpful for me since I often deal with expenses. Another thing I like is how easy it connects to my TV. Sometimes I stream shows or watch videos, and it works smooth without me needing to figure out difficult setup. For someone like me who don’t know a lot about computers, this make a big difference. The laptop itself feels strong, not cheap plastic. The fingerprint unlock is also convenient, so I don’t need to type my password every single time.
