This is a bargain tablet I bought for my 99 year old Mother to read on. It is a good unit and she's really happy with it. The plastic build exterior gives it a fragile feel, but performance is GREAT and my mother is not going to be throwing it around. What's not to like? She's hard of hearing and the sound is good. This tablet came quickly and all the accessories made work from home convenient. Unfortunatley, the tablet did have a screen issues about 4 months after purchase but service department was prompt and sent a replacement quickly.

    • Completely useless after 6 months
I bought this tablet 6 months ago and noticed almost immediately that the battery doesn't last long. Whether I'm playing a game or reading on the Kindle app, I can watch the battery drain. I don't think it's ever lasted more than 2 hours. Now when I turn it on, it shuts off after about 30 seconds. I tri d resetting the tablet and doing a hard start, both of which appeared to fix the problem. But the "fix" only lasted a day, and now it's back to shutting down after a few seconds. ... show more
