Did not expect so much from this pool cleaner but was amazed how it works. First of all the battery life 150 minutes last consistently on all three modes it was designed to do. It runs a deliberate S pattern on floor cleaning and N pattern on wall climbing and scrubbing. It practically covers every area of my pool every time. What’s amazed me was it did a wall climb and scrub on the very last ounce of battery power. The filter basket is made of fine mesh so it picks up and retains small debris and sand particles off the floor. It will pick up leaves but a large amount would block the water flow and suction so I had to scoop up the big leaves before using the cleaner. It is fairly easy to recover the cleaner from the pool with the included J hook and cleaning the filter basket is easy with a water hose. Recharging the battery does not take a very long time. I would recommend the Aiper Seagull Pro to anyone needing a good and affordable pool cleaner. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The product comes professionally packaged with good instructions and easy setup. The charging process is simple and takes a few hours but, as long as you don’t have an Olympic size pool, it does a thorough job of mapping the pool floor and making its way around to all areas. On floor+wall mode, it finishes the floor first then methodically goes around the pool to get the walls. Yes, it does have good suction and gets all the way up to scrub the coping tile. When it’s done, the light turns off and you use the enclosed hook that attached to any standard pool rod to scoop it up and get it out of the pool. If you remove it slowly and let the water drain it is not heavy at all. The filter bucket is very easy to access and has a super fine mesh fabric that seems to get everything the vacuum will scoop up. Simply clean out on your lawn with a hose and the. Put it back and cover snaps back into place with two hands to push it down. I wash it off because the instructions say it’s optimal PH is around 7.3-7.4, so I clean it with a hose to get off any pool water before quickly drying and then recharging. Would highly recommend for its efficiency and price. I researched for a long time and couldn’t quite justify the over double the cost of this a Seagull Pro. This product is exactly as advertised. It works in a very deliberate pattern, first on the floor of the pool and then the walls. Is it perfect? No, but I cannot recall the last time I was this impressed by a product of any kind. Cleaning time and battery life are as stated and you will be amazed to see how this thing climbs 6 feel of wall and stops at the water line to scrub the line itself. I cannot speak to the long term aspects of its quality, but if it lasts as long as it works well, this will be the best product I have purchased from any retailer in 27 years. Don't waste $300 on all of the others with their advertised random patterns, that miss most of your pool and rarely clean the walls, never mind the water line. Bravo Aiper! ... show more

The Aiper pool vacuum is a game changer.... we installed a pool last year and purchased a very expensive Pentair vacuum connected to the skimmer..it did not work. After troubleshooting and trying different speeds, along with viewing the ugliness of the hose floating around the pool surface - we called it quits and purchased this Aiper drop in model. It is a beast...does an amazing job , even clings to the walls with great suction, and it's fun to watch. Easy to retrieve when the program is complete, and easy to clean and re charge for the next use. We are so happy that we can set it and forget it, and return to a sparkling pool. This machine does its job very well. I have other model which is SE but this one is much better. It sucks up a lot of things from the floor. It cleans the floor well and I am very satisfied with it.

I only write reviews on really good, or in this case, really bad products. This product does not perform as advertised. I used it three times, once on floor and walls, once on walls only, and once on floor only. It didn't perform well in any sitting. After making a couple of crosses, it would sit in the pool and spin or travel a little way and sit some more. After two days' worth of use it had cleaned only a small portion of the pool floor. I tried it on the sides and found it missed large sections and cleaned only halfway up the side of the pool before returning to the bottom. It definitely has design and programming issues. When it did move from side to side it did "wheelies" on the bottom of the pool which created large, uncleaned areas. I Googled the issues I was having and found numerous other owners having the same issues with no help from customer service. Unlike some owners I was able to return it to Amazon for a refund. Update… I was contacted by the manufacturer and they did refund the purchase price. ... show more

Seems to work fairly well picking up a lot of fine particles and sand from the bottom of the pool and fairly effective at cleaning up leaves. Have not seen it doing very much on the walls even when sat on wall setting. Wish the battery lasted more than 2 hours. Remote has never worked.

The AIPER Seagull works so well in our medium-sized pool. It is effective and has saved much time/frustration in pool upkeep. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of large and small debris (leaves, sand, etc.) it easily collected. Overall great product and highly recommended.
