I was a bit hesitant about buying this product for my 18'x4' round in-ground pool, but I'm so glad I did! I've purchased several different pool robot brands before, many of which couldn't climb walls made of ceramic tiles. However, this one can, as long as you install the long track that comes with the package. It's compatible with all pool materials, which is fantastic. It has a long battery life, and it only takes 2.5 hours to recharge. My pool was a mess with leaves and debris, but this pool robot cleaned it up in no time.     • Kick A$$ Cleaner!
I got this to clean up my our pool just in time for the winter shutdown. However, I am super excited for the summer, because this thing is a monster! It has enough suction that it scales the plaster walls with ease and even scrubs the waterline. It also did a great job of covering the entire pool (with the exception of the top step), which is difficult because ours is a kidney or oasis type shape, has a bench and is about 30,000 gallons. This little guy handled the curves extremely well, and with the help of manual brushing on the steps and a couple of tight radiuses it left things spotless. The cons to this cleaner are few, and probably personal issues. First, when it comes time to overhaul the brushes, belts, and wheels, replacement parts may be difficult to locate, since there does not appear to be an aftermarket supplier yet. I have not reached out to Wybot, but there website does have a parts section which is comforting, so this may not be a true con, since the 4 times I used it to close up the pool it worked flawlessly and hopefully won't need parts for a while. Second, it can be difficult to retrieve when it stops in the deep end (happened to me 3 out of the 4 times), but I will fix that by adding a poly line with a buoy or by purchasing the hook attachment for my pole. Again probably not a con, but a personal issue. Overall, this is a well thought out, engineered, and executed pool cleaner, that will help make your pool maintenance a bit easier. ... show more

This robot is a great tool to allow you to spend more time to enjoying use of the pool and less time cleaning it. It's larger than I expected but that was great as It made quick work of my oval above ground pool, climbing the walls and bottom of the pool with ease.
