It seems like I am the only one who actually bought this product. So here are my thoughts. Compared to other dip belts, this one is pretty good. Much more comfortable than a chain belt. The angle of the d rings also help distribute the load better. I have the fit guy belts, and I believe this one is better. The d rings on this belt is larger and the weight attachment is rated to hold more. Also, since you can get this belt in different sizes, there is no excess when tightening the belt compared to the fit guy belts. Also, my favorite aspect is the locking mechanism compared to the fit guy dip belt. I do wish it was a quick lock of some sort,but this is the next best thing. As for support as an actual weight lifting belt, I feel my other belts do a better job. This is the best weighted dip belt for me, an ok weight lifting belt for squats and deadlifts, and only ok for belt squats attachments. So if you are looking for a belt for weighted exercises, this is the one. If you are looking for something that can do everything great, this one is only ok. It's better to get a dedicated belt for the specific situation you will be using it for.

It is real nice to have the rings built into the belt. It is comfortable. I should have ordered a small but the medium still works. I would usually take a medium in these. My waist is 31"

I love doing dips for the triceps and lower chest. They work great with good form even when just using bodyweight, but that does get old after a time when you are trying to make progress. I love being able to get my dip on with some added weight. The belt feels great and seems to be above-average quality compared to some cheaper Walmart belts I've used. But it also has a superpower because I can use it as a squat belt as well. It's opened up a whole new world of leg day nightmares because of the new squat variations I can do now. I hate leg day even more now! lol 8/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.

This belt is definitely high quality, fits great, and the D ring's are DA 💣! My only grip, is the rope that is used for the weight. It does appear to be kinda cheapish and a chain would of been better. My favorite thing about the belt is it can be turned around and the D hooks can be used with resistances band's for all kinds of sadistic things.( If you're into that sort of thing.) Pulling, squatting, sprints, dragging, you name it. The belt is very versatile, and a creative imagination goes a long way in using it. Just buy a chain for the rope fobble. It would definitely be a 5 in my book without that issue. But overall, I love it. And I would definitely recommend it, and it can definitely torture 😁💪👍

This is a very nice belt if you want to do weighted pull-ups or weighted squats, and may be or tired of just doing air squats, or bodyweight squats with wanting a challenge. You can start off with something small like a five or 10 pound plate and combine that with this belt, to offer you that challenge you’re looking for. I use it, it is very easy to use, easy to apply to yourself, and easy to add wait an interchange weight plates as you please. The material appears to be made out of some pretty good stuff, the chain is just a common chain. the clips are OK, I will let you know if they turn out to be duds or the best thing ever. I have 2 25 pound plates, and I am currently waiting on 2 45 pound plates to come in so I can try them on here and will try to remember to update accordingly once that happens. Overall, it seems to be holding its own, looks like it’s made of some good material, and I would recommend this product as of now.
