These are the night vision binoculars kind of give me that military movie vibe. Although it does have a headset, it is not exactly hands free as you still need to operate the device. I use these for my night camping trips and bird watching. The device has a bit of a learning curve to it but it actually works pretty well. The eye piece is nice but it does not exactly fit over glasses. It can still work but may not be as comfortable. It works during the day or night which is great although this is more so for night vision purposes. It is nice that you can just pop these down and see through them without having to hold them up. These binoculars are still on the heavy side but lighter than the bigger heavy duty ones. It has a nice carrying case so you can store these and take them on the go. There is also a 32 gb micro sd card with card reader. The card reader is nice as you could plug this directly into your phone to transfer the video/photos from the memory card while you are out and about. This one does have silicone grip on the side but the rest of hard plastic which makes the binoculars are very sturdy. You could use it without the headset as needed. The lens are not super thin so you do not have to worry about breaking them and it gives a good magnification. That being said, the controls are not exactly intuitive. It takes a bit of a learning curve to get used to what the buttons do. The device and buttons feel pretty solid. The head band is not a solid plastic piece. It is just bands that are adjustable. It is nice to hold up. I do like the fact they have a recording function although you will need to use a micro SD card to store it on there. It can handle my 128 gb micro SD card. As stated before, it does have a 32 gb card which I verified is the correct memory size. The memory card is not the fastest on the market but it works. One thing to note about these is that the lens are not the same on both sizes. One side is deeper than the other but that is because it has different functions to enhance your experience. You do have to adjust the focus on the actual lens knob. It is not something that is controls by the button. It does give you a clearer image than your usual binoculars and the night vision is pretty on point. It is not meant to be able to say see words clearly in my opinion. You can see it but it slightly blurry. When working with night vision, be careful not to point this at any kind of light when the night vision is on as it is pretty blinding. I do like the fact that you do a wider viewer so you are able to see through these a bit easier without having to put your eyes SUPER close to the screen. The controls for taking pictures are also not as intuitive. For the most part I do likethe image quality. Overall this is a really good device to have if you want a bit more hands free and a little like military look to your night vision. This one has a less magnification then bigger ones but it gives you similar options to use during the day or night. The camera is solid (although not the best) and this is a very durable device. It does take time to get used to how the controls work so take your time. The photo quality is amazing and stores pretty quickly to my micro sd card. The carrying case is nice and plenty of room to store stuff in it. It also has a similar card reader although not the fastest it works and it makes it easier to connect to your phone to transfer pictures. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Got this to use outdoors when we go for the night safaris. Overall satisfied with it as it has good night vision capability & magnification and does the job of night binoculars very well. It was fairly easy to use at the first go itself and I would recommend these if you are fine with the cons below. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Pictures at the night are clear when viewed through these binoculars - Binoculars have nice magnification capability and it does the job very well - The LCD screen is wide & bright too - Binoculars look fancy overall - Tons of settings and a nice location on binoculars that makes it easy to use - One button easy picture & video snap feature - Rubberized texture on the binoculars make it so easy to handle and use - Great build quality overall - 32 GB TF card is included in the package - Has inbuilt 3000mAh inbuilt battery and that would save on the long run - Has USB-C port for charging and that is par the market standard - Comes with all accessories in the package and addition of a hard carrying case is a nice feature Cons: - These are definitely a little expensive in the competitive market - No waterproof rating ... show more

This is NOT military grade night vision. That being said, the IR settings work well for night vision within 30 yards or so. Great for looking for critters at night near your camp or tree stand. Very reasonable function for the $$.

As a wildlife enthusiast living in a rural community, I picked the Hojocojo Night Vision Goggles to watch wildlife and assist in invasive animal control. The packaging was fantastic. The entire kit is stored in a hard container within the outer carton in such a way that nothing can move within it during shipping. The assembly of attaching the goggles to the included headband or the collar was extremely easy and intuitive. The individual pieces themselves are of solid manufacture and feel very durable. The headset arrived with a charge, so my first experience was immediately upon unboxing and the minor assembly. Wow! I was impressed with how easy it was to use, in daylight or at night. The internal camera does a good job of projecting the image to the wide-view screen quickly and at a high resolution. I didn't notice any artificing or delay when turning the camera rapidly. The daytime imagery was great; I got to use the zoom and watch birds and squirrels from quite a ways away and very clearly. I did this for a couple of hours, never running out of storage space or battery, and never had an issue with how the headset felt or the weight of the unit against my head. Once night fell, I got to play around with the nightvision mode. This was entirely too much fun. The zoom shines at night, as does the ease of focusing via the dial on the front of the unit. I was able to observe deer, badgers, and owls without disturbing them or scaring them off. The image was always clear once I played with the dial, the brightness settings were very easy to use and helped when viewing things closely or more further out. The buttons are laid out in a very easy to remember format so I didn't feel like I was unable to adequately adjust settings on the fly. ... show more

Hard to see more than 30 yards out. And almost impossible to see the 1st 15 yards right infront of you. 6 people could be standing in a circle and you would be better off taking it off and waiting for your eyes to adjust. But at the 20 / 25 yards range wow! Straight night vision. You can see in the dark there. ... show more
