    • DOES NOT WORK, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AIPER
I recently tried this piece of garbage for about two weeks. I used it on a daily basis. DOES NO WORK. I have a 24x15 above ground pool. After using the Plus, the pool floor looked like it was clean, but the Plus actually just sucked up some dirt but dispersed the rest only to settle mere hours later in the same place it was originally. Additionally, the Plus would CONSTANTLY get stuck and needed way too much attention and prodding to keep it running across the pool bottom. The plus also cannot be used with the pool pump on. I GAVE it away to a friend, but I was kind enough to advise this person of my findings should they want to find a vacuum that actually works. JUNK. DO NOT BUY. I ended up with a Dolphin Cayman, to which I added the extra fine filter. This unit actually DOES pick up and hold onto fine particles, though its wall climbing abilities are more than somewhat questionable. I should have bought the Dolphin Escape and save a few $$. I am so happy to be able to advise others about these two different units (Aiper and Dolphin). After all the 'GREAT REVIEWS' I read and watched about the Aiper, it turns out to be a TOTAL FAIL. Avoid at all costs. Spend a little more money and choose another brand. Probably ANY OTHER brand! I can't emphasize it enough, absolutely disgusted with the Aiper. Oh yeah, GOOD LUCK if you have to contact Aiper's "CUSTOMER SERVICE". You will have an easier time communicating with a rock you dig up from your back yard.     • Loving my machine ❤️
The media could not be loaded. Update 7/15 Simy From customer service is a rock star! I cannot believe how well the customer service is. We got machine number 3 a “pro” not plus … please read what was happening to my plus below ..this machine is a beast! I put it in and it just kept cleaning. When I thought it was done it started scrubbing the walls which is great as that will help stop with algae. The machine was cleaning for a good 3 hours. With a 2 year warranty I feel super comfortable that Aiper they are here to stay !! I had a Nautilus CC in my garage new in the box just in case but feel this is as just as good machine without the cord !! Posted before It keeps getting stuck to my wall I have a 16x32 flat pool . It goes back and forth and picks up the “sand” brand new pool but then gets stuck on the side of the wall. I have to push it away for it to get rolling back and forth .. looks like there isn’t enough torque .. this is my 2nd one trying this out with the same result .. if I wanted to sit and watch the machine so it doesn’t get stuck cleaning the pool mind as well and do it myself .. gonna try the smaller version as it has a lot more better ratings .. if I have to go up in cost I would rather get a dolphin ... show more

    • Worked for a few months now it just beeps when I turn it on
The unit worked fine for a few months. It appears to be fully charged but will not turn on and beeps constantly. The company does not offer customer service on weekends and their troubleshooting page is pretty much worthless. Forget email, you get an AI email which helps with nothing. The unit has always been stored inside, cleaned and dried after each use and well maintained. Very disappointed in this product. ... show more

    • Struggled to go up a slight incline in my pool
I wanted this to work, and for the most part it did. However, my pool varies in depth by about one foot, and I found this vacuum struggled to go uphill. My pool is more of a kidney shape which I it just did not work well for this vacuum. I think this would work best on flat bottomed, rectangular pool. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. For a sub $200 vac it is quite acceptable. I gave it 4 stars because setup is easy but the instructions could provide more details. I still don't know where the switch is to change the pattern. The on/off switch slides. I'm not sure why that word was not used in the instructions. With that said, it gets the job done. I purchased this cleaner to use between the times I use my corded Polaris. Without a cord, this vac can partner with my Ariel to keep the pool clean. My pool is 16x32, plaster finish, no screen, and lots of trees. I need all the cleaning tools I can get. When I put it in, when it got to the 5 foot area, it floated about half way to the top but then sank and went back to work. It has not done that again. The first time it encountered a wall, it tried to climb and then stayed against the wall for several minutes. It has not done that again. Be prepared for some odd actions on first use. It seems to move quite fast but it's picking up leaves and other debris. It does not even try to climb stairs nor does it get stuck on the drains. Yay!! It's lightweight, the battery level indicator is easy to see when in use, and it seems to operate for the specified time. I needed a supplemental cleaner that didn't get tangled with Ariel and this one is doing that job. Would I use it as my primary cleaner? No. The cleaning brush and the wheels don't comes close to my Polaris nor does the size of the filter. Also, when cleaning walls and floor. I need to run several consecutive cycles and for that the corded vac wins every time. It lasted over an hour with the Blue light on. When you take it out of the pool don't tilt it to the side, or the small particles will fall into the water. The collection tray is ample and the filter is fine enough to trap sand, which is also worth 4 stars! I will not update this review unless the cleaner completely fails in the warranty period. ... show more

    • Good, but user error.
So my mother has been going on and on about wanting one of these for her pool. So I finally caved into all her hints and got it for her as a gift. But I obviously should have known that her not exactly being tech savvy, and the device being exactly, (Technology). She would never actually be able to use it, or even understand how to use it. And so with that being said, the device works fine, but not exactly for her. So if you might not have the best understanding of devices, and things like that I would recommend to maybe make sure you at least have someone reliable that can help you out, or use it for you. But its a solid device for cleaning pools. ... show more
