We really love the AOCWEI tablets, we have bought quite a few of those over the past years. We are always satisfied, the products are reliable and great for the price! We just bought this new 11-inch X800 tablet. The packaging is nice, and contains all the necessary equipment: charger and plug of course, screen protection (easy to install), case and a micro-SD card opener! Since our daughter enjoys taking lots of pictures that feature will probably be useful. The case is very convenient as always and offers a great protection against accidental drops, with additional layers on the corners. Pics look really nice; the cameras quality improve at every release! And the screen resolution is also quite amazing regarding the price of this tablet. Audio is just fine too I’ve been watching TV series and really enjoyed the experience. Setup is a piece of cake. We always use a parental control App, and after a few minutes, the tablet was ready to go! After a few days of use, Android 13 runs great: fast, no bugs, just as it should. Our daughter really loves it and wouldn't be back to her previous one 🙂 When you consider the price vs quality ratio of this tablet, you can only be amazed! This tablet is now 1 week old. It arrived on time and worked out of the box. Screen quality is excellent, sound quality on-board is good, audio out to my DOSS BT speakers is excellent. Tablet speed is very fast. Wi-Fi and BT work very well. Settings>System says "Updated to Android 13" - I contacted Aocwei-US and they assured me it is Android 13. The OS appears to be missing some functionality but I learned from research that Google will include more features in a future Android release. The case is protective, but minimal (suggestion: offer an optional case with BT keyboard). The battery seems to drain more quickly than I expected, but I may need more time to adjust Android settings. Overall, it's a very good product in this price range, and after a week, I am happy with this tablet. ... show more

I like the size of this tablet being a bit larger than the 10" one I've been using. The display is sharp and clean. It's used a lot for viewing videos and they look great on this tablet. It is quick to load the videos. Much smoother than my old tablet. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rather than 5 is the battery life. I am very happy with my purchase! 1) The picture quality is beautiful! 2) Very fast when using internet!! Much better than my phone or computer! 3) Love the Split Screen! Very helpful for my Bible studies! 4) I like the price! Very affordable and great quality! 5) Customer Service appears to be great when I registered product! Lifetime support for this Tablet. Sounds like they stand behind their products. We will see if any problems occur. Will update my review if necessary good or bad. 6) Lots of memory for the price. I couldn't find a better deal! 7) As far as battery I don't have a problem if it doesn't last 8 hours because I don't have time to stay on my tablet for 8 hours a day. Not sure it would last that long if I did. I am assuming it does have something to do with what you are doing. If you livestream or download a lot it's like any other device it's not going to last as long as it would if you are just browsing. But so far it's not an issue for me. If someone stays on it all day it may be an issue for them. I do know that if you have a fast charger it takes a couple of hours to charge if the battery is low. I haven't ran it completely dead yet, but seems to charge fast. I'm assuming you can keep it plugged up if necessary. I hope it last me for many years.
