I knew by the price point that this model would not have all the same features as my work laptop, but it has turned out to be great! I was able to load the software that I need easily and it starts up quickly. I will say the battery dies pretty quickly, but it is a very lightweight laptop and it has a nice design. The design of this computer is very poor. The hinges, mounted in the screen section are just glued in place. Because of this, as the screen section is lifted, it applies excessive pressure on the glued hinge. The screen section separates from the hinge, and breaks the screen containment. We purchased several of these units for our interns, less than 5 months ago. We have had several complaints about the separation of the hinges. We would not recommend this unit! ... show more

3/6/23 - I just received this laptop and set up was a breeze. I’m a Chrome girl, so make sure your follow the steps to turn off S mode or something so you can use Chrome as your default. Not an Edge follower. So far, it works great and the touchscreen was a bonus I wasn’t even aware of! It’s got a good size screen and is not too heavy. I actually like the number keys on the side. Of course it took me a hot minute to readjust my instinctual hand placement on the keyboard since I’m not used to that. Since this is only my first day with it, I’ll update my review in a few weeks to let y’all know how it’s going. If all continues to go well (fingers crossed), then I’ll be purchasing another one for my daughter when she goes to college this fall. ... show more
