I'm not a power user and only find my way to MS Office applications on a regular basis, but this machine does all the work in an upgraded manner. Plenty of storage for a lifetime and it's also light and functional. My only knock is that the zero key on the 10 Key is spongy and occasionally 'ghosts' on me so I need to be deliberate when using the keypad. Other than that the quality is great. It started to fall apart on me. I've been using laptop computers since middle school (around 20 years ago) and I've never had a computer last me less than 3 years. But then as I used it over the next few days it ran very slow like an old laptop bogged down. My laptop that is 7 yrs old actually runs better than the brand new one. Sending it back. Computer significantly slow. Upon opening it worked then the next time it was used it went from being able to open the internet to taking minutes to open the internet & load google. It was slow to respond to everything else too. Compared computer side by side with a Chromebook on the same WiFi & the slowness was confirmed to be from the computer itself and not the user or the internet connection. I return it because it doesn't work and per the return/refund policy the restocking > $50 fee should not apply for a defective product which mine was. But the seller still charged me the restocking fee with no explanation as to why the product was slow and defective for me. Therefore they went against there own return/refund policy. Never use this seller. They appear to be selling defective versions of a great product and are making money off you by a fraudulent restocking policy on their defectives products. ... show more
