For a laptop, and for as thin as it is, it is heavy and it is big. But, as a former IT tech, this system was well worth it. I don’t play games, but I do run graphic intense cad programs and this handles them flawlessly. I ordered the max build and specs that this model offered and without a doubt, it was worth it. Plenty of storage and fast multi processing tasks, up to 128 applications at once so far and no issues. Touch screen is a nice touch. And love the facial recognition for security. The one con for this system is the white lettering on the sliver keys and chassis makes it hard to see the keys. Even with the backlit keyboard they are hard to see. This laptop should be matte black bezzled. All and All though, nice build for an HP.

Good looking laptop .............Works better that I figured it would......BUT -- the lighted keys suck ... The worst keyboard in the world.. I am sitting here at night --and can not read what I am typing unless I bend over to see the keys... Disgusting that a company like HP would put such crap out= You are wasting the extra money for a lighted keyboard guys... I am going to have the BLACK keyboard taken from my old HP and put on here.. Same board...BUT BLACK and I can read it at night -- no problem... AGAIN -- do not waste your money on this junk keyboard..

I like the laptop and it appears undamaged. However, although the computer was soundly packaged by HP, the HP box was very carelessly packed for shipping by the Amazon Vendor. The smaller box was haphazardly placed in a larger box without any packing material. It slopped around within the larger box and likely was arduously jostled during its pilgrimage to me via UPS.

I purchased this laptop as an upgrade on my 8 year old HP Envy which, after my upgrades, was an I5 16GB Ram, a 1TB SSD and a 500GB HD. This one is an I7 with 64gb ram and a 2 TB SSD. It runs a bit faster. The vendor, Snow Bell, promptly shipped the order and I received it within 24 hours with zero defects. I decided to do a clean install of all software and transfer data files. Except for remembering how OneDrive worked the software installation has gone without problem. My main use is family history research and repairing old photos. I've been very satisfied so far.

I purchased this laptop in march 2023 and it is now oct 2023 i am having freezing issues and the screen just goes black. I have contacted the company because of the extended warranty and have to box it, ship it to them at my cost and just wait. I use a laptop everyday for work and many different things and this is horrible inconvenience. They do not have any loaners and cannot tell me how long it will take to get it fixed. At this point i wish i could have my money back and go somewhere else! Very dissatisfied i recommend do not buy this. Wouldn't let me choose no stars!

I needed to upgrade to Windows 11 for Adobe software, and the Dell I bought and had upgraded in 2018 wasn't compatible. I found this one as I was browsing, and it had everything I wanted for a really spectacular price. So far, it has been wonderful! It's beautiful and does everything that I want it to. It arrived on time, well-packaged, and in pristine condition. It's been a bit hit or miss ordering computers online, but this Seller did not disappoint. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend this seller to anyone.

Ok, this computer is pretty fast, and generally seems to work pretty good, but the description is not entirely accurate. First, it show that it has a fingerprint reader, which I wanted because I didn't want to tie up a USB port with a plugin. What did I get? A computer with an included USB fingerprint reader, which incidentally, the computer will recognize, but I have yet to find a way to program it, as there seems to be no setup software, so it is useless. Second, if I could set up the reader, ALL of the USB ports are at the rear corners of the computer, so a VERY inconvenient place to try to actually use it if id did work. Also, it shows 2 USB C ports on the right hand end of the computer, however one of those is the power port, so not really usable for anything else. The ad shows one USB A plug on the left rear, with a HDMI port, a mic input and a USB C port. Mine has 2 USB A ports, an HDMI port, and a mic port, but NO USB C port on that end. It also comes with a little business sized card with a flip out plug, but I have no idea what it is, there is NO documentation, and there is NOTHING on this computer for the probe to plug into. While I won't say I'm totally disappointed, I'm not totally happy with the computer either. I like to get what I ordered, not something CLOSE to what I ordered......
