The return policy is a scam. I got this laptop and wasn't meeting my expectations so I decided to return it. However, when I got my refund, I realized that an amount of approximately 130 dollars has been deducted. I feel like it is a scam. I have never been charged that amount for a return. Absolute Garbage, whatever upgrade this company did, it was a joke and set the tech back. Graphics hardly load from just a google image search and trying to connect to wireless printer... uggggghhh. I regret buying this lap top and already looking for it's replacement.

After 3 months of use, the hard drive memory fails, and now im out $700 because since not everything in the laptop is HP, they won't cover it. I have went through Asurion for their warranty help, and they repaired the hard drive, but now the laptop doesn't connect fully to the internet, even when you are right next to the modem. Now trying to get some kind of resolution from the seller is a joke because it's after the 30 day purchase date. They want to do their own diagnostic. Started to use it, everything was ok, but after 1/2 hour or so, it started to get too hot, and that’s not normal for a brand new computer, and it was just using iTunes and watching YouTube, had it for like a week and decided to return it!!
