I originally ordered this item to be delivered at an Amazon Locker location & after I got notified that it was ready to be picked up, I came to the locker and found it was empty. Had to call their customer service to get a replacement ordered and this time delivered to my house. Amazon definitely provided great customer service on the replacement as well as the product itself. No scratches anywhere. It wasn’t charged when I got it so make sure you already have a type c charger as I did. So far I really like this MacAir as it’s my first Mac computer I’ve ever bought. It’s easy to navigate software wise and very lightweight(as expected). Speed is good on it as it’s only 2 years old. Very good buy for the price. ... show more

I have had the device for nearly two years now and my only regret is not buying it with the classic silver color. Battery Life: 91% So it can last me 2 days of light office work. Around 16 hours and I am left between 5%-10%. Performance: I am STILL playing Baldur's Gate 3 no problem (LOW settings, 24-35 FPS). This is the base M2 with only 8 GBs of ram. Not many games out there that MacOS can run but those that due run, run reasonably well. It is a lot more than you probably need (unless you are a gamer) and everything about it is at least above average if not industry leading. Look up any apps you want to run on it just to make sure it will work for you. ... show more

Im having a problem with the charging port where it repeatedly charges but vanishes away it doesn’t charge, also the light oragnge turns on and off I just this laptop 2 days ago and I’m already having issues with it
