This laptop sat on a desk for daily use. At about 3 months, we opened the laptop to find the screen was distorted and unusable (no not cracked, as i was accused of, just distorted). Good thing we had purchased a warranty from Asurion. We sent the laptop to them and they said it was unfixable. They gave us back the money spent for the laptop (minus the taxes I have to take as a loss) to buy a new one. When I contacted the sellers, I asked if they would honor the original price of the original specs laptop to replace it since it had been less than 3 months that it broke. After too many conversations, the answer was no. They said their items were a fixed price and to have a nice day. I will make sure to never purchase anything from this seller again. Not only was the laptop faulty, that was supposed to be excellent renewed, but their customer service is useless.

This is a really good deal, it looks amazing, it didn’t have any single scratch. It works amazing. Mine came with a battery life of 93% and the keyboards keys came in a little used, but still overall IT’S TOTALLY WORTH IT. The computer itself works perfectly, and yes the charger could come generic but still it’s a great deal.

I was a bit nervous about purchasing a renewed MacBook, especially since I only had one previous experience with used items (a perfect working pair of Beats Solo 3). After doing a lot of research and watching reviews on YouTube, I decided this was the way to go, since I already own an M2, and I am very pleased with my decision!! The MacBook looks brand new—no scratches or fingerprints at all! Wow!! The battery life is at 100%, It performs like new, speed is fast so far. It's also incredibly lightweight and easy to use, making it perfect for both work and travel! Plus, buying renewed allowed me to save some money.
