The media could not be loaded. Pros: the ipad air 5 arrived in pristine condition in the purple shade with no defects, scratches or other cosmetic damage. Fast charging cable and block included in the box Cons: battery life is very short. I charged it when it first arrived because that's what it said to do in the little instructions that was included (battery life was at 93%) battery lasted for approximately 6 hours and 40 minutes.
