I would not buy a computer with these specs ever again. Know what you're buying. I was in a hurry and had no idea I would be dealing with this. Even storing everything on a flash drive, the program files, temporary internet files, and system files leave me having to empty my cache daily. I have no documents or pictures on this laptop, and yet it tells me daily that I am running out of room. ... show more

    • Slow and keeps freezing!

This laptop is horrible. Maybe I had a dud?! It kept freezing for very long periods or indefinitely. I finally was able to set back to factory specs and sent back next day. I couldn't even open my e mail on it. It wasn't really functional. Not sure how people use this?! It also was supposed to have 1 yr of office, but it was only one month. The set up was nice and easy, but it didn't work well at all! Very dissapointed. Cute lill laptop though. ... show more

We ordered one of these and it messed up during the BIOS update from a fresh boot and after doing the usual updates when you get a new computer. It just kept restarting the BIOS screen over and over. So we got a replacement. After the BIOS update, it does the EXACT same thing.

I mostly use it to type out manuscripts for self-publishing books and a little Netflix. It's extremely light, the perfect screen size and beautiful rose gold color! The battery life is great too!
