I thought it was a touch screen
It wasn't until after I entered all of my information to start the computer that I find out that it is not a touch screen computer. I was certain that is what I chose, but at check out, I may have selected a different option. Too late to return now. Bummer!

Buyer Beware
BUYER BEWARE HERE - I waited too long to open the box and once I did the computer freezes within 60 seconds. These folks won't even replace the item IF DEFECTIVE nor will they offer you a return. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD in all my years with Amazon :(

I wish I had returned this computer. Tried everything, updated the computer restarted it and more. This is the worst laptop I have ever used. Dont buy laptops off of amazon! Also came in a walmart box, walmart sells this computer for cheaper. The walmart box says 4GB ram, even though I paid for 16 GB of RAM. I was going to use this laptop to start college, but I dont think it will even work. And if it does, its going to take so much time to get anything done because of how slow it is. ... show more

Frequently crashes
I purchased this laptop to replace an older laptop that finally crashed for good. This laptop crashes more frequently than my older laptop, causing me to do a hard boot every time.
