So far not so good. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who is in college. Within in a few days of using the computer it started crashing and giving the blue screen of death. She returned home from school to bring me the computer yesterday and I spent hours with HP tech support with no resolution. I just sent an email to the seller RockyStone Electronic to find out what I need to do. They performed an upgrade so do I need to return it to them for a replacement or does it go to HP for repair. Delivered with either damaged hard drive or no operating system loaded. HP offered to repair this...at my cost?! If it wasn't for Amazon's excellent representative, would be out all money for laptop and purchased software that was to be loaded onto it.

Really great computer if you love looking at system crashing blue screens. Paid over $1000 for this paperweight. I understand issues happen so I called HP. After 8 hours of diagnistic tests, scans, and reinstalling windows from scratch 3 times, it still blue screens within 15 minutes of use each time. Ive tried to ask HP to let me take it to a repair center since that is clearly stated in the wareanty as an option if everything else fails. Which it has. And they just want to keep running test after test that comes up with nothing. Do not buy HP. Their products are junk. I will edit if I ever get it fixed. The seller is great tho. I dont blame them. It is HP that is infuriating. Also, I dont game or do anything on it. In fact all I have installed is microsoft office. ... show more
